Falcor Pendant in 2D [Eng-Esp]
Hello everyone...
Hello to my dear Hivers and the dear community of Holozing, very pleased and excited to be here to show you a very simple work made with much love and especially for you.
For this week's new rewards update I bring you one more artwork, this time I was inspired by one of the newest creatures in this case Falcor, and I materialized a necklace charm with the shape of one of its imposing wings in the quilling technique.
I attach images of my progress claiming the rewards for my delegation to Holozing which so far are 718.24HP, and I have an accumulated Stake of 25,321.801 tokens $ZING.
I hope you like my work, I leave you my creative process through images.
Let's begin:😃
Hola a Todos... 🐱
Comencemos:😃
• Cintas de quilling.
• Aguja para quilling.
• Cartulina marrón.
• Cartulina blanca.
• Argolla mediana de bisutería.
• Hoja blanca.
• Lápiz.
• Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería).
• Tijera.
- Quilling ribbons.
- Quilling needle.
- Brown cardboard.
- White sheet.
- Pencil.
- Extra strong white glue (carpentry glue).
- Scissors.
- I started by making a sketch or mold of the wing I wanted to make on a white sheet with a pencil, I cut out the smallest part of the wing with scissors on a brown cardboard, and the largest part on a white cardboard.
- I took some salmon colored quilling tape, I began to make open circles of different sizes with the quilling needle, I made them one by one and I was molding guided by the sketch I made, as I went along I glued them one by one.
- Once the wing was formed, I glued the brown cardboard figure that I previously cut out as you can see in the image.
- Incorporate a costume jewelry ring on the top of the wing.
- Finally, apply several coats of extra strong white glue, letting it dry between coats to weave, laminate and give a little shine to the charm.
- Place the charm on the necklace of my choice.
This is how this necklace charm of one of the wings of the beautiful creature "Falcor " is ready.

Always cool to see quilled paper art :)
I did it with my mother as a child growing up and we made some cool Christmas Ornaments :)
It is indeed very cool to work with this technique, I am glad you know how to handle it. I have also made a couple of Christmas things. I invite you to visit my blog. Thanks for visiting. Regards 🤗
