Soy muy poco adicto a merodear por esa zona
del puerto. Siempre la he considerado un poco conflictiva, porque dónde hay marineros siempre abundan las borracheras las trifulcas y las rameras.

Realmente aquel ambiente no me fue atractivo, ni encaja en mis preferencias, y de vuelta en mi taller trate de reproducir entre un dibujo con bolígrafo sobre cartulina, el ambiente exótico donde cantaba la Pirata.

That environment did not really appeal to me, nor did it fit my preferences, and back in my workshop I tried to reproduce the exotic environment where the Pirate sang, by drawing with a ballpoint pen on cardboard.
