Filtered coffee and cookies

Over the weekend a small event was held to celebrate one of the coffee shops that I always visit for having celebrated one year since its inauguration, so they decided to have a small coffee tasting, to show some preparation techniques, desserts, and so it was a morning full of learning and coffee.

Time goes by very fast and I was surprised that this coffee shop so quickly celebrated its first year and remembering when I had the opportunity to go the first time and it was a great experience, an innovative place and when you arrive you feel in another world, plus that great smell of coffee that characterizes such places. I found out about this event thanks to social networks and that's why I could not miss it, since all the people have contributed in some way to keep this place moving forward.

When I arrived the first thing I noticed were several months with a small decoration and few chairs, since it was a way to decorate and people who wanted could sit. In addition, other things that surprised me a lot and I think it is the first time I see it, is that they were making filtered coffee, being a very interesting moment and see how the coffee is filtered little by little, it is also a very good technique and they explained to us that it has been used for many years and as time goes by the equipment they use is being modified, so the coffee that comes out of there is very good.

I continued reviewing a little more each of the things they were offering there and it is a coffee shop that has a great variety and the good thing is that they were giving small samples of coffee for everyone, either a normal coffee or coffee with milk, where the few times I have been there everything is very tasty, since it has a flavor and a preparation that gives a unique touch to that drink. Many people came to this coffee tasting and of course taking pictures of this great experience that was being lived during the weekend.

In my case I ordered a coffee with milk, once I finished going through everything so that I could be calm and sit down to taste that cup of coffee, where at the top of the foam they placed a small decoration, which gave it a special and striking touch. In addition, it was very thick and had a very light color, since they put a little more milk at the time of preparation, I added a little sugar and began to drink that great coffee, where each sip of that coffee allowed me to recharge my batteries and continue enjoying that event.

This coffee came with a big chocolate cookie filled with chocolate chips, which was a big surprise for me, but I assure you that when I ate it with the coffee with milk it created a great combination and I liked it a lot. Besides, every person that went there was given those cookies as a reminder or to eat them with a coffee in that place. The only bad thing is that it was only one cookie and I was left wanting to continue eating a couple more cookies, since chocolate is the best.

A different weekend and above all happy to have attended and continue to be part of this great experience of the coffee shop and at the same time very happy for all that has been achieved and what lies ahead. Very tasty coffee and this adventure is just beginning, plus I have to go back to try that filtered coffee.
