Birthday of my great grandmother [ENG-ESP]

One of the most beautiful things in this life is to have our grandmothers alive, which are the backbone of the whole family, being something very nice and therefore every day that passes we have to love them much more, be aware of them and in my case to visit them quite often so they are safe and to share some family time. Without a doubt, last week my grandmother Carmen, who is my maternal grandmother, was celebrating her birthday and, therefore, among the whole family group, we gave her a big surprise so as not to miss her special day and to sing her happy birthday as a big family that we are.

Una de las cosas más bonitas en esta vida es poder tener con vida a nuestras abuelas, la cual son el eje central de toda la familia, siendo algo muy bonito y por eso cada día que pase las tenemos que amar mucho más, estar pendientes de ellas y en mi caso poder visitarlas con bastante frecuencia para que así estén seguras y poder compartir un rato en familia. Sin duda, la semana pasada mi abuela Carmen, la cual es mi abuela materna, estaba celebrando su cumpleaños y, por ende, entre todo el grupo familiar, le dimos una gran sorpresa para así no dejar pasar su día tan especial para ella y poder cantarle ese cumpleaños feliz como una gran familia que somos.

Her birthday fell on a weekday, therefore, our family reunion was in the afternoon so we could go to share with her and enjoy this beautiful day, where my grandmother was very happy, happy and grateful for another year and therefore she dressed very pretty early so she could receive each of her children and grandchildren on this birthday. Everyone was very happy to see her and immediately began the respective to keep that great memory of her birthday, where little by little everyone was arriving at the house where we were going to meet.

Su cumpleaños cayó un día de la semana, por lo tanto, nuestra reunión familiar fue en horas de la tarde para así poder ir a compartir con ella y disfrutar de ese día tan bonito, donde mi abuela estaba muy contenta, feliz y agradecida por un año más y por ende se vistió muy bonita desde temprano para así poder recibir a cada uno de sus hijos y nietos en este cumpleaños. Todos muy contentos y felices al poder verla y de inmediato comenzaron las respectivas para así conservar ese gran recuero de su cumpleaños, donde poco a poco fueron llegando todos a la casa donde nos íbamos a reunir.

Among laughter, hugs and great excitement from everyone, my grandmother was enjoying her birthday, because for her it is something very nice to be all together and beyond her birthday, it allows us to talk and spend a different time all the family together. After a while there and taking the respective photos came the most awaited moment for everyone which was to sing birthday to my grandmother Carmen, where you could notice that great face of happiness and joy that she had for her day, so between all we began to sing her birthday and give her many congratulations so that all her wishes are fulfilled and to have her for a long time.

Entre risas, abrazos y una gran emoción de parte de todos, mi abuela estaba disfrutando de su cumpleaños, ya que para ella es algo muy bonito poder estar todo reunido y más allá de su cumpleaños, nos permite conversar y pasar un rato distinto toda la familia junta. Luego de un rato allí y tomarnos las respectivas fotos venía el momento más esperado para todos la cual era poder cantarle cumpleaños a mi abuela Carmen, donde se podía notar esa gran cara de felicidad y alegría que ella tenía por su día, así que entre todo comenzamos a cantarle su cumpleaños y darle muchas felicidades para que así se cumplan todos sus deseos y poder tenerla mucho tiempo.

It was a very simple celebration, but of great importance and meaning for everyone, because this kind of moments are unique and we will always keep it in my case I managed to enjoy and have a wonderful time and most importantly to see my grandmother there receiving many gifts, congratulations and that great excitement that characterizes her when the whole family is together, where that day was special for my grandmother and yet she did not stay quiet. We ate the big cake that was made for her and we stayed there for a while until the night fell and that way we could finish with our happy birthday.

Fue una celebración bastante sencilla, pero de gran importancia y significado para todos, ya que este tipo de momentos son únicos y siempre lo vamos a conservar en mi caso logre disfrutar y pasarla de maravilla y lo más importante ver a mi abuela allí recibiendo muchos regalos, felicitaciones y esa gran emoción que la caracteriza cuando está toda la familia reunida, donde ese día era especial para mi abuela y aun así no se quedaba tranquila. Comimos la gran torta que le hicieron y allí nos quedamos un rato más hasta que la noche cayó y de esa manera pudimos terminar con nuestro cumpleaños feliz.

A family reunion that once again united us all and in that way continue to enjoy, where each of the photos we took with my grandmother are very valuable for everything and now we are left to continue sharing, as this adventure of birthdays and spending moments with my two grandmothers is just beginning.

Una reunión familiar que una vez más nos unió a todos y de esa manera seguir disfrutando, donde cada una de las fotos que nos tomamos con mi abuela son muy valiosas para todo y ahora nos queda seguir compartiendo, ya que esta aventura de cumpleaños y pasar momentos con mis dos abuelas está comenzando.
