That one week
Lemme rephrase this, it's not the entire week this bad since I was missing in action. I purposely picked the most drama picture to give this a kick start, more like a click bait.
The daughter is down with fever. We went to the hospital for a quick A&E consultation, the doc asked a few questions. It goes like, have you swab for covid? My answer is yes, negative. Then he proceed to check a few more thing, gave the prescription and we're home. Surprisingly, this time cheaper than a normal clinic!
Without the hill walk, morning workout seems way too boring. I remember this road very well, during the lockdown I sneak out here to breathe some fresh air. And look at it now, it's not too different than during lockdown. I'm just glad to have less crowded place so I can take a slow walk and clear the mind.
I don't choose to eat healthy because of healthy, but I got no choice due of family history. I don't mind dying, but it will be a nightmare if I get a stroke and bedridden for the rest of my life.
Having said that TRYING to eat healthy is one thing, but eating healthy consistently is another thing. I'm just way too lazy to cook and meal prep. And also notice KFC drumstick is so damn small. Probably the size of my thumb.
This time around, we ask first what condiments they have when we buy McDonald's breakfast. I don't wanna have pancakes with chilli sauce no more. Got myself a big breakkie, added some blackberries to make it "feel" healthier.
School holiday with a sick kid is pretty much it. Bought some sushi roll from Empire Sushi. It's not the healthiest choice, but what can I say? I'm a lazy bastard.

That drumstick is adorable, I bet you feel like Godzilla holding it in your hand. The site of a hospital had me worried for me a moment, but it's positive that you're negative.
We're all positive-ed back March. Funny enough, the doc actually told me its less likely going to cause me trouble if the same virus attack again, unless this time is dovic instead of covid.
