That boring and ordinary life

Living the life after cigarettes addiction being erased, is as good as pumping food enhancer unto my mouth. I'm pretty sure the fact that i eat a lot more now is due to my mind. I see food a lot tastier now compare to when i was smoking.

In line with despicable me 4, our local mcdonalds came up with these dolls with their happy meals. As usual, I'm one of those idiots who care to queue up for a happy meals despite it doesn't feed me well enough.

Weekends usually is a good time to visit the mcdonalds for breakfast ss many choose to stay in bed. Junior used to choose Subway sandwich anytime than McDonald's. Not sure since when, the picture has changed.

Not that I'm saying we should, but the latest episode of McDonald's turn table business being, they start to get back to affordable price tag, and most important variety. Who in the world would imagine we sell Nasi Lemak at the restaurant?

Feeding 4 persons in the family for less than 40 Ringgit is technically yhe price of steal. Anytime given should we went for standard Chinese reraursnt for breakfast, it will normally spend me 70 for the four of us.

One of other significant thing from my home yown Ipoh being their curry noodle. It was NOT a surprise we found a shop nearby our house, a shop with Hong Kong theme decoration, yet introduce themselves is "original from Ipoh". Well if that's the case, its very hard for me to turn down.

Apparently, the curry noodle here is just way below my Ipph standard. It just doesn't taste anything like my home town. The cooked noodle didnt get its own sauce during plating and it was immediately topped out with a thick later of santan(coconut milk) curry. Rest assured, it juts tasted like a very thick curry splashed on top of a stash of tasteless noodle. Awkward 😕

My daily breakfasts is not too consistent lately. Not exactly sure why did the traffic suddenly turn from bad to worse. I couldn't further adjust my timing anymore, or junior will be in school too damn early and I'm not comfortable leaving my kids there too early. I need to start a meal plan to prepare my own food, but then i need to fight with my lazt bones now. Any suggestions? Other than dunkin for breakfast?

We found a good lunch spot at the MyTown mall, can't remmeber the restaurant name. A decade or something, generally refers to the restaurant's 80's theme, totally bring back my childhood memories. Indomee double, for the price of 7.90. thats like $1.5, thats the price of steal.

Another significant dish bring, sambal fries. I know i know, it has nothing to do with French, I'm trying my best not to incorporate that into the description. And i dont wanna sound like a brits calling it chips. Since sambal has anchovies, tehnically this is a spicy fish and chips right 🤣

Chicken rice is one of the most common food in the entire country. This plate of Chicken rice from ODON is probably one of the most premium chicken rice in the country. It goes up to 18 bucks. Will you pay $3.5 for a pllate of chicken rice like this?

I got myself a fusion lunch of Nasi Lemak with Spam. Why is my spam looks different? Thats because this us not spam. Its some sort of Chinese brand luncheon meat.

And daughter got herself a bowl of springy instant noodle with huge slab of spam. Do note that these are chicken lubcheon meat, since the restaurant is halal certified. Muslims do come here and dine in.

After seeing so many good food, it seems like my life is very exciting right? Imagine after so many months, these are what i can summarized for you. Do you think thats exciting? The aircondition break down during a 37'C heat wave is the most exciting part. This set me back another 2k, and my pocket felt a lot less security nowadays.

Overall, I'm here to report I'm still in one piece. I wish i can offer you more, but i guess thats all for now. Am still thinking whether should i do another power up and delegate more.

Thanks @ahleap

@justinparke can you help me translate for her, just in case translator doesn't work as intended?

In my country, Ah is an opening phrase we use to address someone. Like I call Justin Ah Just, or I call myself Ah Dave. So, Ah Leap is actually a very positive name for us Malaysians 🙂 leap forward, leap over a challenge.
