Fetching the big kid

This year's independence day was a little different. I'm way too lazy to do anything else other than taking rest and eating. Since the day is on the Thursday, which means many people will take a day off on Fridays so they stretch the holiday longer over the weekend.

The girl went out to the mall with her friends, and I needed to send the home minister to a meeting. Since both of their locations are very near, we decided to drop off the home minister before going to the mall. With that in mind, I was actually expecting to have less crowd at the mall, but I was wrong. It literally took me like 45 minutes at the car park circling and searching for a parking spot.

Not only were the parking lot full, inside the mall was very crowded as well. My initial plan was to spend some time with the kids here and have a good time. Unfortunately, the girl started to feel not too well, we had to decide what to do with our Baskin Robbins tun of ice cream, which every 31 of the month, BR will sell their tub of ice cream with a 31% discount.

We then proceeded to rush home before I took out the ice cream tub, surprisingly they also added a bag of dry ice to it. despite the long distance driving home, we manage to keep the BR ice cream chill.
