Trail to Bertha Falls
One of the recommended activities in Waterton Park is the hike to Bertha Lake. Seeing as we had tickets for the boat tour later in the afternoon, we only had time to hike to the falls, which was about half way to the lake. Off we went. As mentioned earlier, it was super hot during our time in the park, and on this day, it may have been the hottest. Onward and upward! The trail was nice, lots of great views of Waterton lake as we ascended. As you can see, a forest fire ripped through the area about 6 years ago, leaving the landscape scorched. Beautiful in a different way now. Thanks for stopping by.

Very nice view
It was great!
The image display of the natural beauty is quite beautiful. From each shot that you show, you can see the clear focus and we can see in detail the natural beauty in the picture.
Isn’t natural beauty the best?
Beautiful pictures 😍
Cheers.
Beautiful view and shots, I think it's better to hike when the weather is sunny?
Yes that is best for me, but too much heat and it can be somewhat uncomfortable. Thanks for the comment.
I like both colorful and black and white pictures 😍👍
Glad you liked them, thanks.
Awesome views with the shots recording in for our eyes to see. Thanks for sharing your journeys and work my friend.
That is what I love to do. Thanks for appreciating my stuff!
Had that forest not burned it wouldn't have been quite as hot I bet. Still a beautiful place! Majestic mountains, beautiful water, and even a pretty flower. What else could you ask for?
Indeed, it is beautiful in a different way. Nice shots!
