Return Hike
Any hiking experience is a two part process. First is the hike there, then we have the Return Hike. In some cases the return hike can be arduous, as fatigue may have set in by this time. Just when one thinks you have taken enough photos for the hike, a few more photo ops seem to materialize. So as an avid photographer, I can not let any photo op pass me by. Not possible. So here are a few more images from our Return Hike from the famous tea hut, high above Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta.

Climbing is a very beautiful experience that you can always remember.
I always look at the pictures you share when you are climbing.
Still have to be careful.
Yes, proper footwear, trekking poles, supplies, and bear spray!
Very good, you prepare all the equipment.
Wow. Spectacular photography as always.
Thanks @bitphoto.
Besides the amazing places you always share (little bit of envy here :D ), I totally agree on the "two-phases of hiking". Even if the first one may seem the most difficult because the hiker has to figure a way to go up, the way back is even more dangerous, because some lack of attentions may happen because "the hardest part is already gone".
Exactly right. Your guard is down somewhat. Need to keep your finger on the bear spray trigger and focus nonetheless.
It can't be any easier, as your way down is equally as important as your way up. Beautiful pictures too.
In some ways it is more difficult when you factor in the fatigue of it all. Thanks for looking.
Beautiful! Thanks for not missing those ops.
Is Lake Louise still frozen into April? I might be up that way then...
It will be yes, probably still walk across the lake, for those brave enough..not for me though.
OOOOoooooooo so gonna skate on it.
The stress involved hardly counts when you are having fun doing what you are passionate about. Just be careful, I'm afraid of falls. We need more of those astounding pictures 😀
Exactly right. I know my limits, and am not into extreme hiking for sure. Thanks.
Great shot :) !
Thanks.
Awesome shot's, yeah I try not to get to caught up on the upward hike in photo's but the down is where I take the longest for sure, plus I got a bad knee so I got to go slow anyways.
Tougher on the knees going down for sure. Thanks.
That's a steep mountain mon, if Henry can't climb it , it's too steep
Who is “Henry”?
He's just a guy with a Cr125 Elsinore, from back in the 80's.
& he had some Alice Cooper 8 tracks at the riding land.
Ok, got it!
Beautiful tiny waterfall! Makes for some nice extra scenery along the way. Nothing quite like the smell of pine when you're hiking in the mountains, I sure miss it!
You've got a good eye for those shots. Beautiful as always!
An added bonus to this hike. Thanks for looking @thebighigg.
