Paved Hike
Continuing along with my “nature walk / hike”, this stretch of the walk came with pavement. Of course I was wearing hiking shoes, so this portion would have been better walked with a good pair of running shoes, for comfort’s sake anyhow. Foot comfort is very important to me, you want to make sure and try avoid them nasty blisters. I despise blisters. For part of the walk, I decided to actually walk beside the paved trail (on the grassy dirt), to give the feet a break from the hard surface. Maybe next time I’ll have to throw the runners in the backpack or something for a quick changeroo. This day may go down as the last hot day of the year, as the temperature reached about 22°C, but I hope not, fingers crossed!

That sounds like such a dope concept.. a paved hike. It would need to be very well maintained, though. Looks the one you went on most certainly is! Looks brilliant!
This particular part of the hike would have worked well with a one wheel I bet!

Man there is something about perspective shots while on a path. It is a bit of a self indulgence for me to pause and take a pic I figure nobody will enjoy as much as I do.

Ya only a couple weeks! The coolest part is by the time the snow falls, I will have an entire year of pictures from this spot and can show all the seasons in an animation!

Wow friend @daveks, that's an amazing way to photograph. I have always said it, you're a "integral photographer" full of skills!... And those photos seem to be taken in some European park!... What colors!... I never tire of saying it... What colors!
