Mountain Bliss
(Edited)
What makes you happy, what turns your crank? How do you like to spend your leisure time? For me, it is spending time in nature, and walking around the mountains and lakes. What’s not to love about that. Fresh air, blue skies, sunshine beating down on your skin, the sound of nature, the odd wildlife frolicking here and there, fewer people. Yeah, this makes me happy. This is Bliss! Tell me what makes you happy and gives you Bliss? Photos taken last summer around Elbow Lake, Kananaskis country, Alberta.
Camera: Sony A7R III
Lens: Sony 24-105mm f4 G OSS

I agree on all your notions and I'll now add the camera in hand to that list as well, its a personal feeling that we get to freeze time, in our eyes, through are lens as we go through nature, even its only ourselves enjoying our shot's but it really is the entire package, out in nature with the camera. Nothing beats it and all I want to do is be out and about shooting in nature or shooting whatever I can that we get to see in our life. I would also like to add, that viewing your work gives me that as well, the places you get to view are just amazing and you always capture what I would see. I feel that makes us connected in a way, for maybe I never get to step foot in your area but its okay, for you give me what I need to see and if by chance I get to walk those trails, then it would be so..... Have a blessed one my friend, and keep it up because I am always ready for your next post.
Well said. I appreciate your daily visits. Always looking forward to the next adventure!
Spending time walking to see the beauty of nature is very enjoyable,Like the image you shared.
Thanks.
your'e welcome.
Nature really does make me happy. Why wouldn't it? Because the whole world has become crap, in the cities we battle pollution of all kinds but with Nature, one always finds peace and quiet.
Good points. The longer you live in the city, the more you want to spend time in nature. Thanks for the visit.
very pretty. I love mountains and beautiful skys.
The first picture is so beautifully colored, focused and the image is so sharp. I feel like I am there.
It was a spectacular experience, glad I could share it!
Nature has an enchantment that's enriching and invigorating, I can't quite explain how I feel when I'm in the midst of it. Nature is an elixir for me, it chases the blues away.
It does, doesn’t it! Replace blues with blue skies.
Yes... As always... One is left speechless looking at your photos... This is excellent...

Blue mountains!
The least chance I get ,I’m always at the beach.Nature is really therapeutic which is so underrated.
Anytime I leave the beach I feel this heavy reset in life and very refreshed.
Yes, you are right. Nature’s therapeutic touch is underrated. Thanks.
You’re welcome
I'm with you on that one. I've always been happiest in the pine with rivers and lakes, close second being on the beach in the tropics with crystal clear waters. Mountains are beautiful especially with some nice lakes and rivers!
