Lake Louise ~ Love / Hate

IMG_20230704_134404_Original.jpeg

I have a Love/Hate relationship with Lake Louise. Lake Louise is one of the most beautiful spots in all the Canadian Rockies, hands down. But trying to get there, and dealing with the crowds is the unpleasant part of the equation. Honestly, it sucks. All that being said, the pros outweigh the cons. Sometimes you have to deal with some pain to get the pleasure! Located inside Banff National Park, this is probably the most visited attraction in all the Canadian Rockies Parks, and for good reason. The view around here are simply gorgeous. That is why I keep coming back every couple of years or so! Still highly recommended, but you need to plan your trip in advance. You need to book a reservation on the shuttle bus, and certainly do it months before you plan on coming, otherwise you may be out of luck. I suppose you could hike up, but that is gonna take a few hours of your time.

The lens of your camera is unbelievable. Look at the range and how far it could cover those mountain, simply breathtaking if you ask me. The wide angle pictures are also very good. Is that snow on those mountains?

Breathtaking my friend - looks like a cover photo - spectacular! But where are the crowds? ..or are they at like "base camp"?

Though your black and white photos are beautiful.. I reckon the lake needs colour - wow! Fairmont Chateau is next level too!

Stay safe my friend, and as always - thanks for sharing!
