Lake Abstract

It’s time to unload the photos I took at the wonderful Hourglass Lake. One of the first photos I took was at this unique angle, which I thought looked pretty cool. Jutting out into the lake was this large rock, and as you can see, there is a few small trees sprouting up there from the cracks. Add in a few fallen logs here and there, some reflections, and you got some perfect mountain lake scenery! Could you imagine casting a line off this rock? I wonder if there are any fish in this here lake? I bet there likely is. I’ll have to save the fishing for next time! Hiking or fishing, which do you prefer?

Damn bro the angle you chose really brings out the beauty of nature. I'm more into hiking of course not too far from home hehehe, but fishing off that rock looks tempting too wow

Why do you prefer the P40 lens over the Sony, for this particular pictures?

(Edited)

When I go out hiking, I use both devices. The smartphone photos are super easy to edit and use right away, but the Sony photos take a lot more time to edit and work with. Therefore I use the p40 first, then after some time, I’ll be ready to post the sony. The Sony's are preferred normall. That’s my workflow!

You're right, I forgot a lot of work is being put to editing those Sony pictures

Reflectiona are so sharp in the water, showing the water is crystal clear. As snow surrounds the beautiful environment, definitely the water should be ice cold.
