East Kootenay
These will be the final photos captured from our hiking trip out to Cooper Lake, located in East Kootenay, British Columbia. The lake pics have been published already, so here is a bit of everthing else found that day. It was a rather easy hike, and in total, it took close to 3 hours or so to complete (including about a half hour relaxing by the lake). After spending a lot of time hiking in Banff and Jasper, East Kootenay is becoming a new favourite spot of mine to go to. Fewer people around and less crowded. Unlike Lake Louise, Banff, where you cannot even get to the lake without reserving a shuttle bus. East Kootenay, I like it!
