Yesterday we looked at the Crowfoot glacier, today a closer look at the body of water where some of the glacial melt water pools. It is Known as Bow Lake. Formed by the combination of Bow glacier and Crowfoot glacier. A very sweet body of water, and a must stop as you make your way southward on the Icefields Parkway. Just beyond this view is the Bow Falls. An absolutely stunning place to hike to. Please do it someday! This time, we just made a brief stop. A few years back we did the hike to the falls. Definitely I’ll be back someday to do it again. Why do it again you ask? Why not, I say!

Canoeing or kayaking mainly, no actual boat tours or anything like that.
