Blakiston Falls (Fail)
After enjoying the incredible Red Rock Canyon, it was time to hike out to Blakiston Falls, located approximately 20 minutes or so from Red Rock. So we started off on this trail, the weather was gorgeous, perfect for a short hike in fact. Off we went, and no sooner then about 3 minutes in and some hikers approached with the news that they had come across a baby bear. Oh great, baby bear means mother bear close by. Change of plans. A no go for Blakiston today. A hiking Fail. Will just need to save it for another time. The excitement builds…
