Actually, scratch that. The last time I fought an Event on this map, it was after all the Chrome stuff, and the 'Final Reality' opened up above us in the sky and an army of motherships were pouring in.

what is a "boon"
It's basically a power up like Healing in the water or revealing enemy locations. They seem to be cards coming out of the Elemental chests that have appeared this season.

It has been a journey for sure! If the kids can learn anything from the game that is great, and all the secrets and subtle story are still interesting enough for adults too. I also look forward to the events like Halloween's Fortnitemares, and also Winterfest which starts soon! Godzilla unlocks in January.

Not just kids, but adults too. Fortnite is doing a lot of things right! I'm trying to learn Verse so I can build events in Unreal Engine Editor for Fortnite. I was working on racetracks when Ranked Racing launched creator Made maps, but I've been busy working. Maybe in 2025 I will make some more progress!
yeah they are masters of making games addicting. so adults are victims as well, toche. yeah unreal engine can help alot but then all of the games will sort of look and feel like fortnite lol
plus fortnite is a very "woke" game which is a huge turn off for most mature adults

at first i was like, this game sucks and is trolling me, its a japanese game. but the the humor in it is top notch-like, and the depth to the character classes is interesting i still havent figured it out yet
I have been searching for good new games. I installed sc2 again but had to Uninstall after a week cause the last fortnite update was 50GB and i needed the free space for it to download and update. I have steam also,
yeah check out earth defence force. ive been emulating a lot of ps1 and ps2 games to admire the art in them. i like playing them on the steam deck the steam deck is so much more powerful than the nintendo switch. if i could play fortnite on that it would be next level
