SOLUTIONS: Introducing SOLARIS - A Decentralised Citizen’s Network
In the pursuit of discovering and presenting real citizen solutions, I’m trying to get away from what I term “jailhouse talk”. Meaning moving from presenting and engaging solely in information and dialogues around how we are getting our asses collectively kicked. While I feel we need to be informed on the whos, wheres and whens of enemy attacks, focusing on it as a whole can become a counter-productive and demoralising affair. There needs to be a balance to avoid 'political entertainment' obsession and pushing energy empowerment of these irredeemable gangsters. Too many times I hear pathetic comments like "What can we do?", "Once my candidate (read: political cult-leader) takes power, things will be different" and the broken slave anthem... "Oh well, what can you do, this is how things are.". Valiant, feral and fearless men and women of high values don't say these things, they KNOW what to do and NOTHING stands in their way to achieve what they set out to do. They don't wait on leaders, they become leaders and make the changes that elevate their own lives and take control of their own destinies.
I prefer to concentrate instead on citizen empowerment, seeking and promoting solutions and cheering on mass resistance and solidarity with global citizens fighting back. How my blog differs is by acting as a global resource for communication and information exchange. Global citizens, you are no longer alone, isolated, you have millions of outraged and besieged brothers and sisters just like yourself out here fighting for justice, truth and a better way of life. Millions of abused peoples robbed of security, love, wealth and value in communities all over this planet. We all share the same needs and the same common enemy and the only thing in our way, is ourselves. Unite, work together, share the pains and triumphs and strive to build a better life. The enemy are not fucking gods, they’re broken, trash, sub-humans with satanically inspired God complexes. We outnumber them by the millions and all we have to do is get down to the business of creating, constructing and defending our OWN institutions and engage in sustainable, traditional ways of living. Ignore their power, don’t comply, countermand evil orders, lock arms and build, the rest will fall into place.
Make NO mistake, these bastards are out to maim, plunder, defile, control and mass kill us off. You don’t have to take my word for it, you’re soaking in it now and only cognitive dissonance convinces you that it can't be true.
I would like to introduce to you SOLARIS. This video (French with subtitles) features a compelling interview with one of SOLARIS’s founders, Frédéric Vidal as he breaks down what Solaris is and how it came about. SOLARIS originated in France on 26, September 2021 from Rennes le Château, in the Haute-Vallée de l’Aude, France. The network galvanised disenfranchised and self-empowered citizens looking to create a mutual aid and solidarity network of their own. An “Internet of Humans” that spinning up in neighbourhoods and communities just like yours. This human network will ensure that no one remains isolated as they face problems. It will rapidly provide local
responses to the needs of each, and will strengthen unity between humanity more than ever.
Solaris will be equipped with its own means of communication in the event of collapse of traditional communication systems.
Solaris is basically a network of citizens that come together to mobilise resources to address issues as well as foster and create alternative, citizen-based solutions. According to their FAQ and Monsieur Vidal, SOLARIS was created as an organised network where NO one rules and there is NO power structure. There is just a benevolent recognition of skills, which is what determines roles. It is neither an association, nor a business, nor a foundation. SOLARIS has no administrative or legal structure, no money changes hands. It is a coming together of humans who want to rebuild the bond between themselves in order to stand in solidarity in increasingly difficult circumstances. All members, without exception, are volunteers within the network.

I haven't yet watched the video, since I have to read the subtitles and couldn't read your post at the same time, but I like the ideas you conveyed about it. From your description, it sounds like a great thing.
I also try to do this. For this reason I avoid the word citizen, because that is someone that is subject to a polity. I don't think sovereign people are subjects. We may live in polities, because various gangs have seized political power over the places we live, but that doesn't mean we actually should consider ourselves subjects.
I also find that rather than attempting to use the tools our enemies have used against us, we should organize our efforts per the best needs of our people. Overlords love institutions, because they can use the institutional hierarchies to multiply their power. However, we sovereign civilians may find non-hierarchical organizations better fit our needs. My experience is that we aren't well suited to being slaves of masters, and I know of no one I would like to serve as a slave to, and call them master. So, institutions and hierarchical organizations aren't anything I am interested in. P2P networks are a far better model for what I would like to be part of, and that is how I actually associate IRL.

I noted my above comment was also iterated in the video by the speaker. He talks about a goodwill bank, in which the Solaris participants have goodwill for the network that they are willing to provide services for, and the network in turn has goodwill for it's members, who are provided services when they need them. This is basically how I live now. I provide services for local folks who I try to convince to keep their money. What I want more is their goodwill. When my rent is due, my phone bill, I need groceries, I let folks I have goodwill banked with know and they then cover those expenses or provide the goods I need. I see the Solaris network doesn't do this economic function, but that it could certainly grow to be able to do that as that growth encompasses service providers that have rentals, cell towers, and markets. These exchanges don't have to be numerated, and certainly not assigned dollar (or euro, BTC, whatever) values, but can just be exchanged based on the goodwill folks have accrued with the network. As this network grows it will encounter freeloaders, as all networks do. When these parasites are identified they can simply be excluded from the network, perhaps not permanently if they become valuable contributors.
I like the structure, as he described it, horizontal and not hierarchical, and without leaders. This is exactly what I think best suits a network of sovereigns, which is also a word he used to describe the participants.

I overstand what you mean about citizens as subjects and it tracks, however people are so generally devalued they don't even align with even that term. They move and think like livestock and I used it as a galvanising term to raise awareness and value. If you go too advanced too quickly people will wholesale reject concepts of sovereignty of person. These are alien concepts to people who've been indoctrinated and internalised servility and devaluation. You, I and others who have actively raised their self-value, self-love and self-care get it and have reclaimed their sovereignty and empowerment. Once this transition occurs the broken system, gangsters and their impositions all become unacceptable. We can't run before we learn to walk and many are still just waking out of their comas.
