My super heroes
I'm so pained that I haven't been on here just like I used to before, I have just been busy with some personal stuff and I wish I could just write all contests for this week today but rules are rules, I will soon be back and better.
Unlike other people whose role model might be a famous person, mine is my mom and my family, to be honest. I know people will feel like, it's your mom and she is meant to be there for you no matter what but what you forgot is that she has a life to live and a decision to make. If her choice was to not be there for me or stand by me or choose to act the way my dad did, the only thing I would do is blame her which does not change whatsoever might have happened to me.
My mom gave birth to only boys, 4 to be specific, and do you know what it takes for a woman to look after 4 boys without a man around? The fact is that she is not rich and has to work for every penny she owned again. When things went sideways for the family, my mom was still eligible to get married to someone else or take us to my dad's family but she insisted on doing none of that.
My mom thought us unity and love by making all of us eat in the same plate at the same time while we were growing that helped us see no difference between ourselves as brothers, she stood her ground against men and women who tried to bully her because she is without a man.
She thought me how to cook, how to bathe babies, feed them, and change diapers. She thought me how to survive in any situation I might have found myself in. She thought me how to never show my weakness to people. She showed me the way of the Lord and encouraged me to follow it. She did more than a lot for me, she made me realize education is not a scam because she is my first teacher.
Another person is my brother, he taught me how a relationship works by practicing it and not by just telling me, he made me understand that doing some certain things like cooking while your girlfriend is home or doing her laundry while is she doing nothing doesn't make you a weak man. He made me understand how to be patient. Both my mom and my brother made me realize that sacrificing your want or need just for someone else don't make you weak. Both of them are my superhero.
My newest role model goes by the name Mayor of Ekiti on Twitter. There are a lot of people out there to render help to people from the donations of others but this man does it himself, elevating people the way he can, a philanthropist who doesn't care about whatever stone people might throw at him. I know he is into computer software and also has a foundation that caters for people's need. Other than this he is a punter and has used his knowledge to liberate people away from poverty by investing in sports.
They say people are not perfect but the things above mentioned are what perfection means to me. I hope you all enjoyed reading this?
Enjoy your weekend
Sorry about the personal stuffs that are keeping you away. Sort them out and in no time you will be consistent again.

Indeed... Philanthropists are great people because they always have the welfare of others at heart. And that is something to emulate.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
