Transplante de retoños de Mammillaria Polytele 🌵🌱

Por aquí nuevamente su amigo @daniel2001 con ustedes con más contenido cactucífero jejeje, en esta ocasión mostrarles un poco acerca de un pequeño trabajo de jardinería que hice con los cactus en casa. Como les había comentado en un post anterior mi esposa me regaló unas herramientas de jardinería y algunos artículos sobre cactus y hoy les muestro como los usé para el cuidado y manejo de los cactus, en este caso al transplantar los retoños de la Mammillaria Polytele que tenemos aquí en casa, espero que les guste.

As I had mentioned in a previous post, my wife gave me some gardening tools and some articles about cacti and today I show you how I used them for the care and management of the cacti, in this case when transplanting the shoots of the Mammillaria Polytele that we have. here at home, I hope you like it.

En primer lugar estos son los retoños, los que le han dado continuidad y están atentos a mis post sabrán que estos estaban mucho más pequeños pero como encontraron las condiciones adecuadas lograron crecer y echar raíces pero el problema es que iban a chocar así que hay que evitarlo y colocarlos individualmente.

First of all, these are the shoots, those who have given continuity and are attentive to my posts will know that these were much smaller but as they found the right conditions they managed to grow and take root but the problem is that they were going to collide so we have to Avoid it and place them individually.

Comencé por usr está parte de una de las palas que me regaló mi esposa para suavizar la tierra alrededor de la planta, me gusta mucho porque las palas parecen de juguete pero son muy funcionales jejeje.

I started by using this part of one of the shovels that my wife gave me to soften the soil around the plant, I really like it because the shovels look like a toy but they are very functional hehehe.

Después de haber suavizado la tierra usamos está parte de la pala para levantar la planta con mucho cuidado, ya en este punto debimos haber suavizado la tierra hasta abajo donde están las raíces.

After having softened the soil, we use this part of the shovel to lift the plant very carefully. At this point we should have softened the soil down to where the roots are.

Ya aquí tenemos nuestra planta extraída ahora procedemos a colocarla a un lado con mucho cuidado y extraer las demás, recuerden darse su tiempo y hacer paso por paso porque los cactus al igual de resistentes también son plantas y son delicados.

Here we have our extracted plant, now we proceed to place it aside very carefully and extract the others, remember to take your time and do it step by step because cacti, just as resistant, are also plants and are delicate.

Luego de extraer todos los retoños procedí a preparar un poco de tierra en una de las macetas, estaba algo seca la tierra pero ya verán que será ideal para nuestro cactus.

After extracting all the shoots, I proceeded to prepare some soil in one of the pots. The soil was somewhat dry but you will see that it will be ideal for our cactus.

Mojé un poco la tierra para así poder abrir la zanja para nuestro cactus, para usamos el extremo de la pala que parece un taladro para dicha función. No fue fácil porque en principio hacía una zanja muy grande así que poco a poco fui ajustando la profundidad y la anchura.

I wet the soil a little so I could open the trench for our cactus, so we used the end of the shovel that looks like a drill for this function. It wasn't easy because at first I made a very large trench so little by little I adjusted the depth and width.

Aquí ya tenemos lista la zanja y orificio dónde colocaremos nuestro retoño con mucho cuidado.

Here we have the trench and hole ready where we will place our sapling very carefully.

¿Ven como quedó de bonito? Aquí todo bien, si queremos podemos aplicar un poco más de agua alrededor del cactus cuidando que no le caiga directamente arriba, yo en lo personal lo hice porque está tierra es muy seca.

Do you see how pretty it turned out? Everything is fine here, if we want we can apply a little more water around the cactus, taking care that it does not fall directly on top of it, I personally did it because this land is very dry.

Luego le aplicamos las piedritas que ayudará a regular la temperatura del suelo y de la planta como tal.

Then we apply the pebbles that will help regulate the temperature of the soil and the plant itself.
