Social Media Challenge: Fighting Rebellion [EN - ESP]
Hello team. Here we are one more week with the Social Media Challenge. With the release of the new Rebellion Edition last week, I was already looking forward to face some cards from this edition on the battlefield and it didn't take me long to start seeing these cards in some ranking matches. And here I bring you one of these fights against a card from the water deck which, in addition, its owner has already managed to upgrade it to level 2, gaining a new ability to bring to the battlefield. Let's see which card it is and what effect it has on the combat and the strategy proposed by both players. Let's start.
Hola equipo. Aquí estamos una semana más con el reto Social Media Challenge. Con el lanzamiento la semana pasada de la nueva edición Rebellion ya tenía ganas de enfrentar alguna carta de esta edición en el campo de batalla. Y no he tardado mucho en empezar a ver estas cartas en algún combate de ránking. Y aquí os traigo uno de estos combates contra una carta del mazo de agua que, además, su propietario ya ha conseguido subirla a nivel 2 ganando así una nueva habilidad para aportar en combate. Vamos a ver qué carta es y que efecto causa en el combate y en la estrategia planteada por ambos jugadores. Comenzamos.
The card I've chosen to showcase one of my first battles is a strange creature from the water deck that I'm not really sure how to describe. Anasth Soothsayer is one of the first Rebellion edition cards I've encountered in a ranked battle It's a rare card from, as I said, my favourite water deck. It has a single point of magic attack which it makes up for with some serious speed and vitality stats. Four and six points respectively. All with a summoning cost of six mana points.

At level 1 it is a card that already has the Cleanse ability that removes all the negative effects of the card at the top of our line-up each round. At level two it adds Tank Heal which heals an amount of health from, like Cleanse, the card in first position. Lookout is one of the new abilities coming into play with the Rebellion edition and I will be talking about it in the near future so stay tuned for future updates on this blog.
A nivel 1 es una carta que ya cuenta con la habilidad Cleanse que elimina todos los efectos negativos que tenga la carta que se encuentra en la primera posición de nuestra alineación cada ronda. A nivel dos suma Tank Heal que sana una cantidad de salud de, al igual que Cleanse, la carta que esté en primera posición.. Además, a estas dos habilidades irá sumando Lookout, Dispel y Dodge a medida que aumente nivel Lookout es una de las nuevas habilidades que entran en juego con la edición Rebellion y de las que ya hablaré en un futuro muy cercano así que no te pierdas mis futuras actualizaciones en este blog.
The battle I bring you this week has the Noxorious Fumes and Wands Out battle conditions as well as a summon mana limitation of 26 points and the decks limited to Fire, Water and Earth. With these conditions I decide on a water deck with Kelya Frendul as a summoner and an alignment with Djinn Oshannus as a tank, River Nymph and its interesting magic attack from behind and, finally, Nerissa Tridawn. La batalla que te traigo esta semana cuenta con las condiciones de batalla Noxorious Fumes y Wands Out así como una limitación de maná de invocación de 26 puntos y los mazos limitados a Fuego, Agua y Tierra. Con esta condiciones me decido por un mazo de agua con Kelya Frendul como invocadora y una alineación con Djinn Oshannus como tanque, River Nymph y su interesante ataque mágico por detrás y, por último, Nerissa Tridawn. Mucho poder de ataque mágico y vitalidad en mi alineación para enfrentar, también, un mazo de agua con una carta edición Rebellion.
And here is the battle. One of my first experiences fighting a Rebellion edition card, and a slightly evolved card that increases its power and abilities compared to its base level. This card didn't have too much weight in a battle where my strategy is more appropriate than my opponent's. Little by little we will see more and more of these Rebellion Edition cards on the battlefield and we will be able to see even more of the impact they are having on the Splinterlands combat system.
Y aquí está la batalla. Una de mis primeras experiencias combatiendo una carta de la edición Rebellion y, además, una carta ligeramente evolucionada y que aumenta su poder y habilidades con respecto a su nivel básico. Esta carta no ha tenido demasiado peso en una batalla en la que mi estrategia es más adecuada que la de mi rival. Poco a poco iremos viendo más y más de estas cartas edición Rebellion en el campo de batallas y podremos comprobar aún más el impacto que van teniendo en el sistema de combate de Splinterlands.
