What does my ideal day look like?
I saw this video on YT by MagnatesMedia who is a profound good youtuber in my opninion.
But in this video there were a few questions after he is done telling the Story and I need to be more clear about an ideal day for me since I might even have the ability to afford it right now, if I just prioritize differently. Feel free to join in on this questions and lets get everybody to think about their ideal day, so they can aim at it :D
What does my ideal day look like?
Waking up at 6-7 would be the most ideal(Thats what I already do) and then get to the gym or at home, but just do a light little workout 20-30 minutes, nothing crazy, just a bit to keep me active.
Healthly breakfast, either made by me, GF or a Cook(Depending on the money I have :P)
Then go to work like a normal people but only work 8 hours per day for 4 days and then having Wednesday off all the time and no weekends aswell.
With the Wednesday off, I could make time to go into a Float Tank every second Wednesaday and the other Wednesday I would do Cryotherpy and any other appointment I might need to go to.
Just as a baseline for my health
Then come home relax and well, do whatever the fuck I want :D
Its fairly simple and I do properly have the money to do all of this now, but just not the motivation. I would also need to shut off my screens or limit them, because thats something that really doesn't serve me at the moment.
What does it cost?
I will go through the different things I want to do and somewhat the expenses of those things to make myself awere of the cost and to see if I can afford it, quite exciting :P
Breakfast, talking "healthly" and people might disagree.
Avocado "Toast" with an Egg and some Hempseeds to top it off.
1 Avocado is 1,19 USD.
1 Loaf of Sourbread is 4,23 USD. (700g = 1 Slice = 100g-ish(So 7 days)
10 Eggs is 4,63 USD. (Eggs are some of the most expensive shit we have here)
Per day, this would be 2.25 USD, which honesly ain't bad.
But per month is 67.5 USD, which I don't really not if thats expensive for breakfast xD
^ But nevertheless. I have the money to be able to eat that way all ready now.
2 Floats per month is equal to 99,08 USD
Cryothreatment cost 52,88 USD per treatment, but you could buy 10 sessions and the price would drop to 33,02 USD. So 66 USD per month for 2 treatments
In total it would cost me 232,58 USD to do this.
Hmm. I am not sure if this is expensive or not, because I am already buying breakfast so that have to be replaced with that price. The treatments would 100% be an extra expense,
Indepth?
You can ofcouse go more indepth with your day. But I want to keep it fairly chill and down to earth. I just don't want to struggle money-wise everything else is good ^^
Your day is fixed already with works, I like the part that you go out for a light gym, it makes you keep fit. Kudos friend

How come egg is so expensive over there? Your ideal day sounds like mine just sometimes I wake up at 3AM but also going to bed earlier. Same like breakfast, that's also my budget too which gets me a loaf of bread, potatoes, vegetables, and egg with mushroom.
I have no idea why its so expensive xD
This is the prices here after inflation, but it haven't really effetive me.
Been vegan for 3 years, but lately I have been struggling.
So dno, might try to add some egg
