We need a Loan service on Hive

I think we need a on the chain Loan Service. Just like we have dlease which also holds the hive and act as a middleman/3rd party.

I think it should be free to the market to set the frame of what Loans would get funded for induviduals and you should be able to request a loan and if people like it, they will loan you the hive either all at once or every week or monthly.
You set the payment structure on how long time you would like to repay, how much and hoew often.

The system would ofcause check to see if what is requested is correct and make sense in terms of the math.

Also, people would properly need to provide some collateral down to a 10% of their requested amount.
So if you request 100 Hive you would have to callateralize at least 90 Hive.
You will also have to set the interest or what you would like to pay in total.
So request 100 Hive buy repaying 110 Hive over the cause of x weeks/months.

This is just a rough idea of what we could have here on Hive, it have to be tested and making the kirks worked out.

On a different note, I really need money and a dev, to make this things come to life xD

That would be useful to develop on-chain derivative products and alllw Hive to be an even mkre developed defi platform, the issue is how to code that...

Eventually here in the next month I should be able to pivot and get mine finished.. it's about 80% done.. Just testing the thing takes so fucking damn long at this point.

We can only approve loans to people we trust.

For example @cwow2 and I bid on same loan by u. U can decide to accept anyone or reject both.

Or the loan product company can give insurance as they also deduct their fee. So if something wrong happened they will pay as insurance middle man.
