My weird non-daily routine

So every man on yt seems to have an idea about the perfect morning routine and how to go about it.
Anywhere from when to wake up to what time to eat dinner and then go to bed!

I want to challenge things routine-thingy with my own little weird fairly new routine which is way more fun, less restricted and with less rules.

Sounds fun right? :p

First step:

• Wake Up! (Wow, magic)
- I don't care about what time you wake up. I wake up in the morning at 06:30 and I will then go outside on the wet grass with my bare feet and fking freeze, since its quite cold at this moment in time, but it wakes me the fuck up.
- I then turn on the coffee machine and wait 15 minutes ish before the coffee is ready and I drik it when I can. I am not wait those magic 90 mins like Hubermann tells you to do.

That is as much of a routine I have.
I have started to do some movement/crawling workouts in between games or whenever I feel like :p
It looks weird, but its fairly fun to get down on all 4 and move around in weird positions and it slowly but surely strengthing your muscle! I might not get big muscles from that, but I get functional muscles :D

Or just act like a monkey! Pretty good workout aswell :p

Then I play some Cs2 or Deadlock and do the monkey dance in between games to loosing up and not get tired :D

Then I eat whatever the fuck I want to.

I talk about this a little bit before. But leaning into Drastic change is something I am going to do going forward and not be a shame of me not having a consistent workout plan or routine.
My brain is simply not build for that if I don't enjoy it and I can't brute force my way through it forever..
