Going over the rail

Jeez. These last couple of weeks have been putting me over the rails and I have merely excisted and barely lived.

It have been work none stop with numerous sick people and "crybabies" / peope with a weak work morally.

So what happend?
Well, one person stopped, but she didn't just stop, she was "sick" for the rest of her shifts (5 shifts) which we kinda counted on would happend, so we did find as many people to help out as we could and changed the workplan.
I was like, fuck it. I will take a shift of hers and then I will just have to work 6 days in a row, no biggy and then she is done.
That was all fine and good.

As the week progressed, we hit Wedsnesday and the morning lady we have/had wasn't at work. Making the breakfast and opening the store as such, so when I came in at 6am, I was in a panic and didn't open until 7 am when another employee come in, opening 2 hours later than normal is shit.

For the rest of the week, I could not get a hold of her for the life of me, so not showing up for your shift is a reason to fire someone and we did, so ye now we need a new morning person othetwise the shifts will be splitted x)

Also, someone on friday was sick and I could not find anyone to cover the shift, so I ended up filling in.
So I worled twice friday xD

Thats means I was at work for a total of 7 shifts in 6 days, that sucked major balls.

I am the assistent store manager, so when my manager isn't there its my responsibility, but shit there was a lot of shit happening while he was on vacation xD

This is what I am getting "paid" for, but I questioned it a million times, thinking is this even worth it?
Is the stress and dealing with this shit, worth my sanity? The paycheck isn't amazing at all.

But do I have "Fuck You"-money yet? Nah, not even close.
Gotta get real about buying my freedom!
