Greetings Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!

We have a bright and sunny winter day today, and today is Saturday... and that means Caturday, my favorite day of the week!

The Hoomans have been busy decorating the house for the holidays, which also means there have been lots of open boxes and closets for us cats to get in trouble with!

After a busy morning of chasing string, I am now rewarding myself with a good long nap!

I managed to sneak into the "Christmas tree room" when nobody was looking, but it wasn't long before the Mom-Hooman discovered that I was AWOL so she retrieved me and took me back outside the door.

If there's anything that frustrates a cat, it's a closed door!

Tomorrow, the Hoomans will be out for much of the day, doing their final "arts and crafts show" of this year's holiday season, so I will get to roam the house on my own.

Maybe I can find a way to open the door to the Christmas room? A cat can but hope!

I did climb the Christmas tree once when I was just a large kitten... and it was a lot of fun!

Meanwhile, I guess I am slowly letting go of my hopes for a "Santa Claus Rally" in the Cryptosphere. I hear a lot of people talking about "Bitcoin halving," but I also hear people say that "it's already priced in."

Seems like we can barely even hold on to recent gains. I hope 2023 doesn't end up like 2022, where the end of the year actually saw everything collapse to its lowest point of the year. Ugh!

Hard to know what to believe, sometimes!

Yikes, here comes the Mom-Hooman with the vacuum cleaner! Yes, they are also busy cleaning house, because we are expecting a full house over Christmas weekend.

Not sure how how I feel about the fact that part of that full house will be the Daughter-Hooman's two hyperactive little dogs. I guess I will just retreat... somewhere up high.
