Curator Cat on Caturday: Helping the Mom-Hooman With Her Crafts Projects!
Greetings Fine Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!
Once again, we have arrived at Saturday... and that means Caturday, my favorite day of the week!
Hello! (photo by @cosmictriage)
Helping the Mom-Hooman!
The Mom-Hooman has been very busy with her artwork, and today she was organizing her "found objects" that she uses to make her intricate little "Faerie Houses."
Naturally, I was right there to help! So many small interesting objects that needed to be sorted properly... no Hooman in their right mind would try such an endeavor without appropriate help from a CAT!
I even gave up some of my naptime to participate in the fun and games.
We did have a bit of a discussion about her wanting to use a perfectly good box for all her stuff, when I could have used it as a sleeping spot. In the end, we agreed that I have enough other boxes scattered around the house...
Even a cat has to compromise sometimes...
After helping, I went for a well deserved nap in "the pink room!"
Things Looking Up in the Cryptosphere?
After the recent rollercoaster ride we've been having, I'm starting to feel at least cautiously optimistic that the wild swings in the crypto markets have settled down a little.
That's not to say that things are getting better, just that they might be getting a little less unstable.
I'm glad our own Hive token seems to be holding on around $0.45-$0.50... I can't say I relish the idea of any more sudden nosedives.
In the meantime, this seems like a good opportunity to "keep stacking," while prices are somewhat on the low side.
We can't afford to buy more Hive and Hive Power, but at least we can make the most of building for the future while things are a bit slow.
I never quite could figure out why people tend to quit when prices are low, and you actually can accumulate more tokens for the future with the same amount of effort.
Why are you waking me from my nap, Hooman? Do you have treats?
The Smudge Report
Smudge is proving — once again — that she is the most Zen of all of us.
She's mostly concerned with getting love, treats and having a nice sunny spot in which to nap. She's a very wise old lady cat!
All in all, we have a pretty good life here, and we take time out to reflect on gratitude for what we have. That's Sumdge's suggestion, for those times when we all get a little too tense and worried about "stuff."
Ans with that, I wish all a very happy remainder of your Caturday, and your weekend! Thanks for stopping by!

Love Cats? Get Involved in Hive's Cat Communties!
If you're a cat lover and often/sometimes post pictures or other content that includes your feline friends, why not become an active part of Hive's growing Cat Communities?
These are some of the more active Cat Communities — why not join them ALL? Remember, you can also "cross-post" your cat posts to them!
HiveCats by @curatorcat is a central "gathering place" for cat content on Hive; promoting the use of the #hivecats tag for feline content!
Cat Snaps by @manorvillemike is a place to post pictures of your cats when you don't have a whole lot to say beyond just sharing your cute photos!
Caturday Community by @saboin is a community where we get to celebrate posts relating to Saturday — aka "Caturday" — our own special day!
Cat Photos by @andrarchy is a "mixed use" cat content community; posts can be just photos or longer, as long as the subject is CATS! It has a lot of subscribers but is not very active.
Cats by @captainklaus (and Sissi!) is another "general" cat content community; it's there, but not very active.
Last, but certainly not least, a special shoutout to the recently formed Hive Pets Community which has become quite active and has quite a bit of cat content!
There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!

Dear @curatorcat, sorry to jump in a bit off topic but may I ask you to support the HiveSQL proposal?
It lost its funding recently and your help would be much appreciated to keep the HiveSQL service free for the Hive community.
You can do it on Peakd, Ecency, Hive.blog or using HiveSigner.
Thank you for your support!
