My entry to the #monomad challenge: "Quest around the city"

Today, I was thrilled to receive a new badge from the Discovery-it community! This addition makes my PeakD profile page even more exciting to look at. My first badge came from the Travelfeed community for contributing content to the #travel community tag. Currently, I have only two badges, but I'm eager to collect more as I contribute to various communities.

While badges may not be crucial, they serve as a rewarding form of recognition from specific communities. When others take a moment to gift you their badge, it signifies that you are positively impacting the community.

To expand my horizons, I'm now participating in the #monomad challenge using photos I took a while ago. Most of my photos capture street scenes and the fascinating architecture found along the way. Exploring and sharing these images with the Hive community brings me great joy and inspiration.

Let's begin the quest.

The pedestrian crossing looks like a reflection of the tall building across.

The tall buildings look simple but it's the orientation of each building that makes it look like they are having a discussion.

The biggest fountain that I've seen in my life, the ring-shaped structure is the Tree of Wealth. There are plenty of visitors who visit this spot just to experience the fountain,

Today's photography quest got me photos of the long straight roads.

Capturing the intriguing sights during this quest has been an incredibly enriching experience. Each photo tells a unique story, reflecting the vibrant life and diverse architecture of the city streets. This journey has not only sharpened my photography skills but also deepened my appreciation for the beauty in everyday moments.

The visuals you created, selection look not bad in monochrome version.
It is always (well, not always; often) a serious question for me which mode works better for a certain image. Thus, I like to have both versions to compare - and there is this community, tailored like exactly for such a purpose! Black and Colour

PS. Peakd allows you to assemble a collection of other posts into a single post. If you try and publish such a collection, you momentarily will get another unique badge. Cheers, and !BEER

I experimented with various filters on my phone to edit these photos, but I found that black and white looked the best, so I applied it to all of them, lol. It's a perfect excuse to submit an entry to #monomad :)

I’ve known about the Collection feature for a while, but I kept forgetting to explore its purpose. I'll make time to check it out and see how I can use it. Thanks for sharing this info!
