What should be eating to be healthy and vibrant?

Hello beautiful fellas. Happy new week. Last week's challenges on nature and the environment were interesting. I read a lot of interesting articles and a lot of intriguing stories about nature and what nature means to people. I am happy with my progress so far. And I want to thank @ecotrain for this wonderful opportunity.
I found interesting this week's challenge. Do you know why? It has to do with eating. It will surely generate a lot of fantastic write-up. I can't wait to read up and comment. The question is, what should be eaten to be healthy and vibrant? The answer could be a personal experience and maybe can be proven empirically. One of my experiences with a doctor one time. I was diagnosed with a particular illness and I needed to visit Hospital for proper care. The doctor that diagnosed me said it was because I have excess sugar in my body. I was like, how do I know the content of carbohydrates to be taken? How do I balance the level of my sugar? I was surprised because I felt I was being careful enough about my sugar intake. The doctor later gives some education on what a healthy diet is and what should be taken and how they are to be taken.

It occur to mean some other time when I had a conversation with my friends about what gives the body healthy living. They shared diverse experiences and opinions on these issues. But, I was amazed when one of them told me that a health nutritionist said the best way to eat healthily is to take vegetables. Then the matter got excited. It generated a lot of arguments. While she was giving his reasons for the nutritionist's prescription. It was observed that the advice was given to her as related to His health condition.

I remember my basic classes in those days when a certain boy stood up and ask the teacher. Why did my grandfather like eating fruits? The class ruptured into laughter. The lads have noticed that his grandfather eats lots of fruits. He was inquisitive to ask the teacher. Meanwhile, the topic of the discussion was classes of food.
In responding to the lads. The teacher did not answer the question directly. He said when will finish the topic he would answer. After the topic, he borough out the issue again and ask the lads what is your best food. The lad answered Rice. He laughed. He went further, why did you like rice. He said because he likes it. He told the boy to go and ask grandpa why he likes eating fruits.

Many times, we always feel one type of food is better than the other type of food for consumption. Some people even make a routine out of their experiences and make it looks like the food is the best type of food to make one healthy. But research has shown that there are different classes of food that gives nutrient to the body. All the classes of food have their function and benefits. Any form of lack in one could lead to deficiency and can cause great effects.

With my experience so far. I believe eating a balanced diet is the real deal for healthy living. The consumption of carbohydrates, protein, fats and oil, vitamins and minerals salts with water will produce a healthy and vibrant living.

In addition, it is important to eat more fruits and take in more water because they help to regulate the body's metabolism. Sometimes we need to check our eating habits. We should eat a balanced diet and take good proper care of our bodies. If we do this, we would live healthy and vibrant.

That's true, a combination of foods that provide various vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates is necessary for our body. So mixing them up works wonders for a healthy body. Nice one, cheers!

Yeah, our teachers were always emphasizing that back then. A balance diet is important and plays a significant role in our physical and mental growth.
