I hope you are doing great. For this weekโ€™s Creative Sunday, I am sharing a special and healthy recipe that is perfect for kids. These laddus( ๐–˜๐–œ๐–Š๐–Š๐–™ ๐–‡๐–†๐–‘๐–‘๐–˜) are not just delicious but also packed with essential nutrients that help strengthen bones and promote overall growth. This simple recipe is a wonderful way to add health and happiness to your childโ€™s diet.

Ingredients

2 cups of makhana (fox nuts)

1 cup of white sesame seeds

1 cup of almonds

1/2 cup cashew

1 cup of coconut powder

1/4 cup of fennel seeds (saunf)

1 cup of jaggery (gud)

1/4 cup of water

1/2 cup of raisins (kishmish)

Dry roast the makhana in a pan until they turn crispy.

In the same pan, roast the sesame seeds until golden and aromatic.

Roast the almonds next, and then add the coconut powder and fennel seeds to the almonds. Roast these together for a couple of minutes.

Allow all roasted ingredients to cool down, then grind them into a coarse powder using a grinder.

Heat the jaggery with ยผ cup of water in a pan until it melts completely.

Add raisins to the melted jaggery and mix well.

Add the ground powder to the melted jaggery and mix until well combined. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.


Add 1 tablespoon ghee / butter

Thank you so much. you can use puffed rice (murmura) or rolled oats. Both options are healthy and provide a good crunch to the laddus.
