Indian Style Sauteed Potato, Cauliflower, and Peas Delight

Ingredients
Potatoes 🥔 1/2 kg

Cauliflower 1piece

Green peas 🫛 1 cup

Onion 🧅 1 chopped

Tomato 🍅 2 chopped


Green chilli 7 chopped

Cumin seeds 1/2 ts
Oil
Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Kaduri methi
Heat oil in a pan.


Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions.

Add green chilli

Sauté until onions are golden brown.add turmaric powder.

Add green peas and Mix well.


Add diced potatoes, cauliflower florets.


Add salt and red chili 🌶️ powder. And mix well

Stir to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture. Press the freshly cut tomatoes between the potatoes and cauliflower.


Add kasuri methi for extra flavour

Cover the pan and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are cooked and lightly browned.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serve hot as a side dish with roti ,rice or dal.

Looks tasty. I've tried some Indian foods before and it's quite tasty. Only I'm not used in eating too spicy foods.
