Supply Chain Related Crypto
For those of you who have been reading my posts you will be aware that the portfolio I am putting together is all around the idea of use cases via the services they provide. The hunch is that the crypto projects providing a required service will benefit immensely when crypto takes over.
I have been doing a lot of reading lately as understanding what each project offers and what makes it unique and stand out is rather important. This could be the difference as no one wants to invest in a dud watching others you bypassed skipping up the market cap rankings. What is interesting to note is none of these tokens have really done much and could be worth a small investment to stick away and revisit in 5 or 10 years time. With all the development and partnerships that have taken place value at some point has to be reflected.
The supply chains have been under immense pressure for the last few years and this is one area where the use of blockchains has to come to the fore. Logistics in general has been one industry that doesn't mind investing in technology and are open to innovation. This is one field I know well and the companies I deal with are always upgrading their systems looking to streamline giving them the competitive edge.
There are a number of crypto projects/tokens in the supply chain with VET/VE Chain the one most of us are aware of. The only negative as an investment is the number of tokens being a total supply of 86 billion. I have bought a few, but have realised that price in crypto means nothing as it rarely reflects true value. Over time the projects that have real use cases have to increase in value.
Here are just a few I cherry picked but the list is endless.
Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Will be offering the VE Chain to it's vast client list which is a high percentage of the Fortune 500.
National Research Consulting Center (NRCC)
Chinese based firm that has a large number of the top 1000 companies as it's clients. The VE Chain has developed anti counterfeiting technology which is relevant with many Chinese goods and also for the tobacco industry where Chinese cigarette companies are 2x the size of the rest of the world combined.
Direct Imported Goods (D.I.G)
Chinese based Government owned company importing wine in an industry that sees nearly 1 million bottles of counterfeit wine sold daily. VE Chain will monitor wine through chip tracking placed in the bottles.
DB Schenker
Rail and logistics operator worldwide will be using VE Chain for evaluating third parties they deal with.
Walton Chain or WTC is another one that has been around a while yet has seriously dropped in value. The all time high of $43 in 2018 and now sits at just $0.20 when they offer so much makes no sense. The RFID they use is unique and this has a genuine every day use case. Like VET the WTC helps with tracing products from origin to consumer eliminating counterfeit goods.
There are about 10 other tokens I can find in the supply chain category and they all seem undervalued for what they offer. Surely this has to be one area where crypto will explode at some point. I just see this being more relevant especially with how the economies are today as transparency with the supply chain is the one area they can improve.

I can see blockchain having a massive impact here myself.
This is why I think it will do well as this is definitely where blockchain technology comes into it's own.
The price doesn't give the true value which exactly played out with TerraLabs, that's why it's of necessity for hive to find scalability as it keeps building.
The future remains inevitable and that's where the price lies.
