Something I have learned throughout my life is that beyond the problems that arise in our relationships, there is something we do wrong and that is that we always try to force agreements or try to solve problems over reality.

When there are irremediable couple problems, trying to force agreements or trying to solve the problems, leads us to a scenario of high vulnerability, which leads us to increase the problem, at this stage it is best to let go and prepare to face the mourning phase.

The best thing to do is to accept the reality of the breakup and to adapt to a life without the relationship, as this will allow us to take time to understand what we are really looking for in a relationship.
