Not in the dictionary

In this participation on It's not in the dictionary, academic training is required because of course no dictionary collects all the words, as it is well known that dictionaries do not even collect all the forms of a word.
For example, it is known that the absence of a word in the dictionary does not imply that it is incorrect, this because according to its nature, the dictionary does not include many neologisms, technical terms.
In my country, for example, we use words that do not exist in the dictionary of the Spanish language, among which I can mention Inaportante or Movención, both of which do not exist in the dictionary.
