What a surprise to visit your most recent post and discover that here you also mention language! LOL!
And I find the article you've shared from HeartMath quite fascinating; I have not read it all, but have bookmarked it.
The scriptures (Psalm 139) teaches me that Jesus my God knows my thoughts regardless of distance:
"O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from afar."
I have wondered if there is a "science" or "technology" of prayer. Perhaps it is as you speculate, some invisible emissions from our heart? Because God is present everywhere, and knows everything, he can hear and respond instantly. In fact the same Psalm tells me he is not constrained by time:
"Even before a word is on my tongue,
behold, O Lord, you know it altogether."
Better yet, the Psalm informs me that distance is nothing to him:
"Where shall I go from your Spirit?
Or where shall I flee from your presence?
If I ascend to heaven, you are there!
If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!
If I take the wings of the morning
and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
even there your hand shall lead me,
and your right hand shall hold me."
And now, hoping to expand your thinking a bit, Have you heard of 'scalar energy?'
A number of researchers believe that the electromagnetic waves that conventional science deals with have additional characteristics as yet not fully explored. These are called 'scalar' or 'longitudinal' waves, and these researchers believe that they propagate instantly to the ends of the universe.
Who knows? Perhaps that is how you and Dreemsteem connected that day. :D

I haven’t read it thoroughly either but it is a nice one. It is actually a chapter of a book. I also have to read it again.
Interesting to know this. The Holy book of Muslims, Al-Qur'an also states that Allah (my God) is nearer than our jugular vein
Also, there are several verses that state that Allah knows the secrets of our chests.
