The lessons during the covid19 pandemic
There is no doubt that the pandemic it brought many changes to our lives, this has happened worldwide, so no one was exempt from making a personal analysis of their lives before and after the pandemic.
The pandemic came unexpectedly into our lives, it entered our homes, it entered our workplaces, it affected us to some extent and we even lost family and friends due to this terrible disease called Covid-19.
But in some cases, despite the fact that we live in very difficult times, there are also beautiful stories, stories with happy endings, in short, there are many stories to tell.
.
The main lesson I learned in the pandemic was that I significantly improved my "empathy" towards people who were very close to me and in many cases people who were far away, people I didn't know and people I had barely met once.
I found that many people just needed a word of encouragement in the midst of the uncertainty we are experiencing, no one knew what was happening in the world, no one knew what would happen to our lives, no one knew if there would be a tomorrow , and yes, I am sure that the word has power , many people I spoke to during the pandemic just needed a word of encouragement, a word of support and even a simple joke to ease the emotional burden we had during the time we were locked up in our homes.
During the pandemic and on the date of suspension of isolation in Venezuela, I finally did not lose family members, but there was a case of a very close relative who was very close to death due to Covid and there is evidence of this story in my publications on the The Diary Game of those days.
I can tell you about that event that happened when we couldn't travel to other cities in the country because the roads were closed and guarded by police, there was no gasoline, and we were forbidden to leave our homes.
My relative, who is a doctor, happened to get Covid in the small hospital where he worked in Anaco, precisely diagnosing patients. The first lesson we learned is that the "special suit and masks" protocol is not entirely effective, he always got it and It worsened to the point that it is her own hospital, they could not treat her properly and she was transferred “alone” (without family members) by ambulance to the Barcelona hospital.
Those days were full of discovery, first of all, the local authorities never gave clear information on the state of the hospitalized patients and did not allow them to visit and care for their relatives, somehow they managed to hire a nurse to care for them and inform us "the reality of his case", in the midst of all this, without gasoline, I managed to bring him food every day for more than 15 days and at one point his diagnosis was the worst, we expected him to die, this was the most difficult moment that I lived during the pandemic.
Finally I can add that "we will never know and understand the works of God", my relative survived when another patient died and she was given the artificial respirator, I don't know what to think, the case is difficult from every point of view.
Today has only been a test passed, the Covid has not gone away, we must be attentive to a possible pandemic again.
During the process from the beginning of the isolation to the end of it, I always valued my state of health. I have fallen ill with Covid on 2 occasions or perhaps more, and obviously at all times God worked so that the symptoms and their consequences were not serious, secondly, I also attribute it to the fact that I have always trained hard "as an Israeli soldier" thinking about the need to stay healthy and strong in the midst of what is possible, if I have gotten sick, if I have felt weak but I have also been very careful about my physical condition until now.
Regarding finances, like many people, I was affected in the sense that when I stopped working, income was affected to a certain extent and I applied a survival strategy optimizing resources because we were living in a moment with an uncertain future, fortunately it seems that we are resuming our economic activities at the national and global levels, but the lesson we learned cannot be forgotten, we have many positive things that we learned that we must always keep in mind and put into practice when necessary.
