Overall a solid Saturday making just shy of 1 unit profit and I aim to keep the momentum going in the 4 matches that are to be played on Sunday...
Anderlecht vs OH Leuven
Anderlecht in a way still shows a similar pattern to last season where they are capable of both solid performances (mostly against weaker teams when they are able to score first) but they also have matches where it shows that they just are not good enough. Last match against AA Gent was one of those as they didn't manage to create a real chance against a solid AA Gent defense in a 0-1 loss. They have an extremely young team and got some experience last week defensively with Vertongen and Diawara. OH Leuven had a good start despite the fact that they were not fully ready yet and are 4th in the standings. They were overly rewarded in the first couple of matches against Kortrijk & Westerlo, and played ok against Antwerp, Standard & Leuven. And they fell short against a good Club Brugge. Their style is to play on the counter and I do expect them to keep most focus on defense today. I see Anderlecht as a team who potentially can lose agains anyone but at the same time also have monster scores against smaller teams while OHL is a team that should potentially can take the win in a match like this. So I took a 0.12 unit gamble on
OH Leuven +0 @ 6.817 and also 0.2 units on
OHL 1st Half +0 @ 2.083. I also don't see it as a guarantee whatsoever that it will turn out in a high-scoring encounter and I took these bets potentially as trading positions if there are signs to get out. 0.2 units on
1st Half under 1.25 @ 2.03 / 0.1 unit on

Under 3.25 @ 1.900. I also think the corners handicap is too much in favor of Anderlecht who have yet to win a matchup by more than 2 corners while OHL only lost 1 match by more than 2 in a match where they were in the lead. so 0.16 units on

Antwerp vs Westerlo
Antwerp is a team that hasn't had the luck against them in the league while they have shown capable to defend a narrow lead completely making a match dead. They are 5W-0.5M-0.5P against their asian lines and have had more goals in their first halves compared to the 2nd because the way they tend to lock things down once in the lead. They have some missings in the offense with Frey & Balikwisha but enough quality left with Janssen to have no issue. Westerlo this season has not played bad but they also seem to be a bit overrated based on what Union did last season. The fact is that they lost 4 out of their last 5 games against Eupen, Mechelen, AA Gent & OHL. One of their important players Bernat also git injured last week in what was a match without many chances. In the match before they showed really poor defense at times in a match that they lost with 5-4. Overall they have shown that they are a capable team but it hasn't fully come out yet while their handicaps have been too big. While I by no means see it as a guarantee that Antwerp will win, they overall just are the better team and have better momentum while Westerlo might start to doubt after only taking 3 on 15 in their 5 last matches with key player Bernat out. 0.1 unit on Antwerp -0.5 @ 1.948. If Antwerp scores first, I might have a go at Westerlo + corners handicap as Antwerp only won 1 of those so far this season.
Charleroi vs AA Gent
Charleroi is 10th in the league with 3 wins and 3 losses and have shown to be capable of both good and bad things. Especially against good teams they are putting up bad statistics lately not being good enough over 90 minutes despite often taking an ok start. Overall I see them as a slightly overrated team. AA Gent is on a long streak of not being beaten on the road and managed to take a 0-1 win against Anderlecht during the midweek in a match where their defenders put up an excellent performance. I was going to take a small pre-game bet on Gent as the -0.25 favorite but the odds dropped from 1.95 to 1.82 while coming to this conclusion. I do think Charleroi has got a good start in them so I will just wait things out for now and see where it goes hoping Charleroi will score first or at least have a good initial 15 minutes with a tipping point where AA Gent starts to take over mid 1H with at that points better odds. Zulte-Waregem vs Union
Union has been one of the better teams so far this season in what they brought on the pitch and had only 1 match where they were outplayed which was away against Mechelen between European matches while resting some A-Squad players. They did lose in the mid-week away against Antwerp but were clearly the better team at the start with a red card in 1st half killing them. Overall they have not been underrated on the betting market as they tend to get heavy lines (they were the favorite away against Antwerp) and have been unable to cover them (1W-4M-1P against the Asian handicap which also came down to some bad luck. Zulte-Waregem on the other hand is a team similar to last season that just lacks overall quality while they are rated very badly on the betting markets which makes them cover their handicaps more than not. Last season they went 17.5W-12.5L-4P against the handicaps despite ending 16th just clear from relegation. Right now they are sitting in 17th place but also were profitable against their Asian Handicaps (3.5W-2L-0.5P). So based on these things it's impossible for me to take Union as the -0.75 away favorite while I also don't really want to be brave and take Zulte as I do see union being the dominant team most of the time in a match like this. Zulte so far is the worst 1st half home team with 2 points out of 9 while Union is the worst away 1H team with 0 on 9. So while I'm itching to take Union, for now I'm forcing myself to stay away and I might still get in if the in-game match picture gives the needed confirmation.
