Great start of the week with a 3-0 win from Glasgow Rangers bringing home the -1.5 @ 3.758 bet good for over 0.5 units of profit. 2 More matches today that are somewhat irrelevant as both Belgian teams were better in the 1st encounter and already have a 2 goal lead over their opponents while now having the home advantage and a busy schedule ahead.

Antwerp vs Lillestrom

Antwerp won the match last week with an 1-3 score after a good start and early 0-1. Overall they were in control and kept good defense despite getting a goal against. The overall difference in budget (69M vs 12M) just showed and it is very hard to see Antwerp getting in any kind of problem today. Antwerp also took a good start in the league taking 9 on 9 despite still being in the process of getting automatisms. The most likely scenario is for Antwerp to start focused with an eye to score and take the lead to go in full control / energy conservation mode afterward substituting some key players as some showed cramps in the match last week. There is somewhat of a heat wave so the pace might not be the highest and there could be a drinking break. I'm took a tiny 0.1 unit pre-game bet on Antwerp 1st Half -0.25 @ 1.854 which I might increase my stake on along the way.

Anderlecht vs Paide

The gap between Anderlecht (100M) and Paide (3.5M) is much bigger than in the Antwerp match which resulted and easy 0-2 win last week for Anderlecht. Similar to the weekend match from Anderlecht against Seraing, a good 1st half were the difference was made was followed by a very slow 2nd half where it was mostly about keeping easy control of the match. The odds however are not worth the risk at -2.5 for FT and -1.25 for HT. This is one of those matches where an in-game opportunity might pop up in case something really unexpected happens like Paide one way or another taking the lead or it staying 0-0 for a long time. If Anderlecht scores a couple early on I might take them up on Team Total under also because of the heat and their pattern of controlling things when the match is played. For now, No Pre-Game Bets
