The Strength Of Giving

Just today I listened to Lucky Dube’s song titled ” Blessed is the hands that giveth” and got a lot of thought about people's lives, most, especially the rich men. There are so many rich men today who only want all by themselves instead of giving what they have to people.

To be sincere, what kind of rich man are you if you see people dying of hunger without rendering help to them?

What kind of rich man are you if you see your fellow man begging without rendering helping hands to him?

What kind of rich man are you when you just want all by yourself without sharing love with those who need it?

What kind of rich man are you if you see people under duress, and you can help without rendering help to them?

To me, you are not a rich man but rather a poor man. There is always a place for judgment. That's only if you know that.

Looking at the world today, people are dying of hunger. People are dying of one ailment or the other just because of a lack of financial assistance. Some who have enough aren't concerned about the well-being of the masses. The masses are suffering, but they are busy enjoying their lives.

My question now is ” How does the world record rank the richest man ever?”
This is what kept me thinking and even thinking I was still in the dark or sleeping without trying to know the reasons.

” Or is it by what they have achieved? Or is it by the kind of influence they have? Or the nature of business they do?”

All these questions kept sounding so strange in my earnings without coming to a concrete conclusion on them.

I have moved west, east, north, and south, but cannot still know why those in higher ranking cannot help their fellows.

After deep thought, I finally concluded that there is a class in life and in whatever we do.
We have the lower class who are people who cannot fend for themselves and do not even have at all.
The middle class is those who can fend for themselves but only to some extent. They can at least manage to survive. These people can help those in need because they have tasted what it takes to be in that same situation.

The higher class consists of those who are well-to-do. They can create what cannot be created. They only want to be served but not to serve. Furthermore, they want people to bow to them but not to give to those who do not have.

I wonder why people would be so cruel to the extent of not minding how people suffer.

Life, I can say, is twofold, those enjoying and those suffering, but the ratio of those suffering is just more than those enjoying. The masses are crying and those who are suffering are crying bitterly for help. Helping them today cannot take away your wealth, but can only be or serve as an added advantage to your wealth. This is why I call on every rich man today to help someone and stand a chance to make more wealth.

There is a blessing attached to giving. The giving hands never lack, and so I'm calling out to you all out there to dim it fit to give to the needy.

Imagine someone owning trillions of dollars in his bank account. What does it take to give a stipend to that person besides you who is suffering?

Imagine people in reputable companies receiving handsome amounts of money and having so many businesses turning their bank accounts into billions of dollars. What does it take to fetch just a cup of water out of the countless billions you have to that fellow who needed your help?

Don't you want people to get rich?
