𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲: 𝐀 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Hello everyone on Hive!
With just a day to go for the Hive Tech Conference, the anticipation is growing even more. This is the second conference we are hosting in Ghana, and with Hive's track record of empowerment in the country, many expect nothing but another wonderful experience of learning and growth. The KNUST campus is a good grounds for the conference and we believe the student body, our target audience, would benefit greatly from exposure to Web3 opportunities.

Their love for tech and the diverse technology courses offered make this conference a perfect platform to provide them with much-needed exposure and insights into cutting-edge technologies that could be beneficial for their future careers.

Planning for this conference has been demanding; a lot of work has gone into ensuring everything runs smoothly as planned. Planning and organization have gone well, thanks to the support from our team and partners who have worked tirelessly with us. All speakers have confirmed their participation, and partners have done the same.

The event's promotional tools of all kinds have been well utilised for both online and offline publicity campaigns. We made use of Hive branded shirts for the campus hype team, banners and flyers which have been prominently displayed vantage places at the KNUST campus and at various partnering departments to ensure every student become aware of the upcoming conference.

We currently have ads running in different campus halls. These ads appear on LED TVs, and flyers are being distributed by teams from our partners throughout various campus halls. Additionally, campus Hype Crew have an ongoing promotion of the event on X, Instagram, and several other platforms.

Our partners, including the CSS, College of Arts and Built Environmental and Education and the SRC Women's Commission, have been instrumental in publicizing the conference on campus and informing students about its benefits. Additionally, Hive team has been invited to provide training to a number of women who will be participating in the International Women's Day celebration today. This presents an opportunity to present about Hive, onboard and share information about the upcoming conference, raising further awareness.

We expect this conference to be a highly impactful event, one that goes beyond simply gathering people. Our aim is to empower participants with insights into technological opportunities, especially those presented by Hive. We have also given a chance to all chiefs from towns who have benefitted from the Hive Boreholes to be part of the conference. We are pleased to report that a majority of them have confirmed their participation.

The last conference saw a great turnout, and we anticipate even more participants for this one. We've accomplished so much thanks to the incredible efforts of our team and partners. We're looking forward to a wonderful event tomorrow, and we'll be sure to share updates on all developments. We acknowledge and appreciate everyone's continued support.
