Hive Presents The Hive Tech Conference, The Second Edition

We are excited to share with the Hive community an update about the second Hive conference happening this March in Ghana. This will be the second time we are hosting a conference that provides us with the platform to extensively share about Hive. Over the years, we(@mcsamm and @collinz ) have aimed to spread the gospel of Hive to many who may not have an idea of what has been built on the Hive blockchain, bringing onboard great minds whom we believe could help bring value to the Hive blockchain.

The objective of the conference is to establish a platform that will provide insights and greater exposure to individuals regarding cutting-edge technologies, opportunities within the world of Hive, and to provide exposure about opportunities young aspiring entrepreneurs could leverage for good within the tech space.

We look forward to hosting the Hive conference in various locations across the regions of Ghana, commencing in the Ashanti Region. This second conference will be held at KNUST in the school's Great Hall on the 9th of March 2024.

It will be a wonderful time as thought leaders, industry experts, and tech enthusiasts come together to deliberate and explore the vast opportunities presented by Web3 technology. Our focus is on fostering Web3 adoption, promoting innovation, and knowledge sharing among a diverse audience, including university students, tech enthusiasts, and students from several senior high schools in Ghana

We have collaborated our efforts with the SRC Women's Commission, who see Hive blockchain as advantageous to women on campus.

Additionally, we have partnered with the Science Students Association KNUST, Computer Science Society KNUST, Ghana Code Labs, IoT Network Hub, Campus Hype Crew KNUST, and Women in Art Built and Education (WABE). With their colloborative efforts, we hope to make a great impact with the event.

Event Speakers
We are honored to confirm the participation of distinguished speakers for the conference, including a renowned entrepreneur from a tech firm, a web3 and blockchain enthusiast/expert, and lecturers all in the field of technology who, together with the Hive team, will be presenting about the "New Internet".

We believe that with their collective expertise, we will be able to make the conference very enriching and very impactful. Additionally, time will be allocated for chiefs from various communities where Hive has had a significant impact in terms of water provision to speak about Hive's impact in their town.

We believe that with media presence, it would be a great avenue to help them share about the many challenges facing their town with the rest of Ghana.

All necessary arrangements have been made to secure the venue. Everything, from venue preparation plans about ushering work, has been completed to ensure the best organization and smooth running of the event. All event speakers have are anticipating a good time with the audience on the 9th of March. Overall, it would be such a great time to give more exposure to the Hive blockchain.
