Happiness Is a Free Word

Happiness is a something that is often misunderstood in our modern world. Many people now believe that you can only be happy when you have acquired material possessions or have achieved so much in life. However, the reality is that happiness is a free word, it's soenthing that doesn't require extravagant wealth or significant achievements.

Many times we look at others who seem happy and assume that their happiness stems from a perfect. But, in truth, even those who may appear happy may still struggle with their own hidden challenges. Life can be incredibly draining, it can take a toll on you and sap your joy. So I learned that it's always better to appreciate what you have and never focus on what you don't have.

Those who are never happy most of the times allow worry and stress to dominate their thoughts, sometimes do so without any substantial reason. It's a misconception that happiness requires external validation or possessions. There are those who have more than enough yet unhappy. I believe true happiness often comep from within and can be found in the simplest of things.

It's not about having everything you want, but rather finding joy in everything. Learning. Having this mindset can lead to a more fulfilling and content life. There are many places that welcome everyone, regardless of their financial status. Example includes community parks, shopping center, restaurants and there are events that offer opportunities for joy and connection that doesn't come with a hefty price tag.

Also, there are many products and experiences designed to be accessible to people from all walks of life. You might not have one of the latest model of a luxury cars, but you can still enjoy the ride in a reliable vehicle that meets your needs. It's all about understanding and embracing the simplicity of life and when you do, it makes life much easier to navigate.

When you choose to focus on what you have and you can afford, life becomes less about the pursuit of happiness and more about the realization that happiness is always within reach. Ture happiness is about making the conscious decision to appreciate the present moment and the people around you. Happiness is a free word but unfortunately not everyone see it as free. I find it in my understanding that I don't need much to be happy and how I'm able to find joy in the little things. What do you also think?

There's a saying I've heard here in the states; "Money can't buy happiness, but I'd rather cry in a yacht."

Jokes aside, I definitely agree. There's nothing wrong with wanting little things here and there, but I've known far too many people who have fallen for the trap of "if I just have this much money in my savings, I'll be happy" or "once I get THIS car, then I'll be happy."

Personally, I'm trying to be more mindful of materialism, and I'm trying to practice viewing my possessions more as tools to be used along the journey, rather than the point of the journey. I don't need the fastest, flashiest car, I just need something reliable that doesn't burn a hole in my wallet. I think as time goes on, more and more people are beginning to realize this.

I believe if we attribute our happiness to material things then we will never attain true happiness. The only thing flashy and material things get you is people's appraisal which doesn't last long because there is always someone out there who has what's better than yours. Learning to appreciate and celebrate what you have and acheieved is true happiness

Sometimes, I do think happiness is more of an internal quality that can be cultivated without having to aimlessly chase it on so many things in the outside world. Simple things can definitely be viewed as a gateway to achieving happiness because most of us don't really need much in order to be happy
