Disfrutando los Sabores de la comida Colombiana en el Cafetero Restaurante 😋📍[Esp/Eng]

Algo que me gusta en cada torneo de ajedrez de mi hijo es que lo hacen los fines de semana y tienen una duración larga ( 8 horas) por ende es el momemto perfecto para no cocinar en casa y disfrutar de la comida que nos ofrecen los restaurantes. En ésta ocasión quiero hablarles del restaurante " El Cafetero"

Está ubicado en el centro comercial ecocenter en la autopista Fucho Tovar. Porlamar. Isla de Margarita, en la mini feria de la comida, al ver este restaurante sin duda decidí ir allí. Primero porque amo las sopa con todo mi corazón y segundo soy del Estado Táchira y la cultura gastronomíca de mi Estado es muy similar a la Colombiana debido a su cercanía.

El menú es muy variado pude ver uno de sus platos icónicos que es la bandeja paisa, un plato muy completo, compuesto por arroz blanco, frijoles. Chicharrón de cerdo, Huevos fritos aguacate y tostones. También tienen la picada. Parrilla colombiana, la costillada, el Solomo en tabla. Por su parte en cuanto sopas: ajiaco, Mondongo y hervido de res, tenders de pollo, buñuelos, conos de chicharrón y ensaladas. Definitivamente Hay diversidad para escoger.

Me decidí por el hervido de costilla, tienen de tamaño mediano y grande, me decidí por la grande porque me encanta y también quería compartirla con mi hijo, tuvo un valor de 5$ . Al probar la primera cucharada me trasladé automáticamente a mi tierra Andina, es increíble como los sabores te hacen viajar y recordar a tus seres queridos. Les cuento que el hervido estaba realmente delicioso, la consistencia espesa, cargado de mucho sabor, full verduras y costilla, además tenía el toque perfecto del cilantro fresco picado venía acompañado de 2 arepas y picante.

Personalmente disfrute cada cucharada de este delicioso hervido. Se los recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. El resto del menú, lo ire probando progresivamente en cada torneo jejejeje, pero hasta los momentos no cambió ese hervido de res. Si vienes a la isla de Margarita. Something I like about every chess tournament my son attends is that they are held on weekends and have a long duration (8 hours) so it is the perfect time to not cook at home and enjoy the food offered by the restaurants. This time I want to tell you about the restaurant "El Cafetero".

It is located in the ecocenter shopping center on the Fucho Tovar highway. Porlamar. Margarita Island, in the mini food fair, when I saw this restaurant without any doubt I decided to go there.
I decided to go there. First because I love soup with all my heart and second I am from Táchira State and the gastronomic culture of my state is very similar to the Colombian due to its proximity.

The menu is very varied and I was able to see one of their iconic dishes which is the bandeja paisa, a very complete dish, composed of white rice, beans. Chicharrón of pork, fried eggs, avocado and tostones. They also have the picada. Colombian barbecue, the ribs, the Solomo en tabla. As for soups: ajiaco, Mondongo and boiled beef, chicken tenders, fritters, pork rinds cones and salads. There is definitely diversity to choose from.

I went for the rib stew, they have medium and large size, I went for the large one because I love it and I also wanted to share it with my son, it was worth 5$. When I tasted the first spoonful I was automatically transported to my Andean land, it is amazing how the flavors make you travel and remember your loved ones.

I tell you that the boiled was really delicious, thick consistency, loaded with lots of flavor, full vegetables and ribs, also had the perfect touch of fresh chopped cilantro was accompanied by 2 arepas and spicy.

I personally enjoyed every spoonful of this delicious stew. I recommend it with my eyes closed. The rest of the menu, I will try it progressively in each tournament hehehehehe, but so far did not change that beef stew. If you come to Margarita Island.
