Emprender una oportunidad de crecimiento personal// Undertaking an opportunity for personal growth

Actualmente la mujer ha recibido un trato especial en la sociedad por su capacidad de emprender y superar las situaciones adversas de la vida, incluso han logrado grandes hazañas que nos dejan impactados por su capacidad de gestionar y ser exitosas.

Durante mucho tiempo el género femenino ha sido calificado como débil, pero en pleno siglo XXI la sociedad ha sido testigo de cómo muchas mujeres han logrado convertirse en empresarias que cultivaron su éxito lentamente.

A lo largo de la historia hemos conocido mujeres que han logrado superar sus adversidades, poniendo su ingenio para llegar a su objetivo, la lista es larga, pero pudiera nombrar a Carolina Herrera, que es un ícono del emprendimiento y la resiliencia de una mujer.

Muchas veces he escuchado la palabra Emprender y aunque en el camino muchos fracasan, creo quebla.palabra clave es "Resiliencia" que se traduce a resistir todas las condiciones desfavorables en el peor de los escenarios de nuestro emprendimiento, que además nos invita a efectuar un estudio técnico y poseer el espíritu aventurero que conlleva a crear.

Desde el inicio la pandemia la sociedad activo el cerebro reptil para poder sobrevivir en un escenario crítico y cuando se ojea la historia somos fieles testigos de todas las fabulosas creación que de allí se desprendieron, no solo por dinero sino además para descartar un don único en cada persona.

En mi caso particular no me quedé. Atrás para formar parte de la historia del emprendimiento y por eso hoy quiero hablar mi experiencia, que empezó con #maestrainnovacion donde la idea inicial era dar ideas innovadoras en cuanto a estrategias de aprendizaje y papelería para docentes de preescolar, luego el proyecto fue tomando otra forma al incluir la elaboración de toppers para tortas, acompañado de material educativo impreso.

Al principio cometí muchas novatadas, malos cálculos para obtener una ganancia razonable e incluso abandoné el proyecto durante algún tiempo, pues estaba convencida que no podría llegar a nada viable.

Pero en marzo del año pasado, asistí a una charla de emprendimiento y tuve la oportunidad de mostrar en un estand algunas creaciones que tenía y quedé impactada de la impresión que generó en los asistentes, fue en ese momento cuando dije: Si puedo! y a partir de ese día me impulse a cambiar algunos parámetros del emprendimiento y avanzar.

Desde ese mes he podido complacer a muchos clientes, que no solo te demuestran tu agradecimiento, sino también cada pedido era un reto para nuevos aprendizajes como crear diseños digitales, aprender técnicas y sobre todo escoger la mejor opción para satisfacer a la persona que confía en tus capacidades artísticas.

Gracias a este emprendimiento he podido no solo subsanar la economía del hogar, sino además crecer en otro contexto que no se relaciona con mi profesión, sin embargo el poder ser una mujer emprendedora que ha crecido en aciertos y desaciertos, con un alto grado de visión futurista que va más allá de lo económico, pues ser parte de cada pedido te llena de diversos sentimientos.

La historia ha demostrado que las mujeres somos audaces sin importar la causa que nos impulsen:
¿Necesidad, deseo, inspiración? sea lo que sea inventar el camino siempre será una opción para reinventar, podemos sentirnos frustradas, angustiadas pero el deseo ardiente por ser útil, poder manejar su tiempo y tener los recursos para vivir feliz, serán piezas fundamentales.

Currently women have received special treatment in society for their ability to undertake and overcome adverse situations in life, they have even achieved great feats that leave us impressed by their ability to manage and be successful.

For a long time the female gender has been described as weak, but in the 21st century society has witnessed how many women have managed to become entrepreneurs who have slowly cultivated their success.

Throughout history we have known women who have managed to overcome their adversities, putting their ingenuity to reach their goal, the list is long, but I could name Carolina Herrera, who is an icon of entrepreneurship and resilience of a woman.

Many times I have heard the word "Entrepreneurship" and although many fail along the way, I believe that the key word is "Resilience" which translates into resisting all unfavorable conditions in the worst scenarios of our entrepreneurship, which also invites us to carry out a technical study and possess the adventurous spirit that leads to create.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, society activated the reptilian brain to be able to survive in a critical scenario and when we look at history we are faithful witnesses of all the fabulous creations that came out of it, not only for money but also to discard a unique gift in each person.

In my particular case I did not stay. Back to be part of the history of entrepreneurship and so today I want to talk about my experience, which began with #maestrainnovacion where the initial idea was to give innovative ideas in terms of learning strategies and stationery for preschool teachers, then the project took another form to include the development of toppers for cakes, accompanied by printed educational materials.

At the beginning I committed a lot of hazing, miscalculations to obtain a reasonable profit and even abandoned the project for some time, because I was convinced that I could not reach anything viable.

But in March last year, I attended a talk on entrepreneurship and I had the opportunity to show in a stand some creations that I had and I was shocked by the impression it generated in the audience, it was at that moment when I said: Yes I can! and from that day I was driven to change some parameters of entrepreneurship and move forward.

Since that month I have been able to please many customers, who not only show your appreciation, but also each order was a challenge for new learning as creating digital designs, learn techniques and above all choose the best option to satisfy the person who trusts in your artistic abilities.

Thanks to this enterprise I have been able not only to make ends meet for the household economy, but also to grow in another context that is not related to my profession, however, being an entrepreneurial woman who has grown in successes and failures, with a degree of futuristic vision that goes beyond the economic, because being part of each order fills you with different feelings.

History has shown that women are bold no matter what cause drives us:
Need, desire, inspiration? whatever it is, inventing the way will always be an option to reinvent, we may feel frustrated, anguished but the burning desire to be useful, to be able to manage your time and have the resources to live happily, will be fundamental pieces.
