Health is wealth for our total well-being, so it is very important to us. Most of the time, we neglect our health and the importance of being healthy. Most people suffering mental health is lack of information thank to this community for getting us avenue us to know that our mental health is also important.

Most of us don't know that our mental health is important and should be taken care of.

Our mental health has to do with our emotional, social, and psychological well-being. Our mental health should be properly cared for because, when neglected, it can lead to mental illness, which will not be good.

Seriously, our mental health is very important. I had this experience in life that made me realize how important our mental health is, and it made me stop neglecting my mental health. I take care of my mental health as much as I take care of my physical health.

I understand the world is too hard for us now, but we should try our best to take care of our mental health.

I don't joke with my mental health as well as my physical health. I try my best to balance the two, which are really important for my well-being.

Things I do to maintain good mental health

I engage in activities that make me happy. I do things that make me happy a lot. I stay away from negative vibes. I always stay with people who understand me, and that will help me maintain good mental health. Playing games is one activity that makes me happy. I do it always just to stay healthy.

  • Workout: Workouts help boost our health. I exercise myself on a daily basis just to stay healthy. Even twenty minutes of exercise

Sleep:Sleep: I find a way to schedule myself to get rest,rest, even if iminutes,f itis fowell-being0 minutes, for the well-being of my health.

  • Eating healthy: eating a balanced diet and drinking a lot of water is something that helps us stay healthy.

  • Reaching out to people who will always support us emotionally

  • Stay out of hard drugs.

Both are very important and should be properly taken care of. Remember that health is wealth is better to stay healthy then wasting your salary on treatment.

Whenever I see an opportunity to unwind and keep myself refreshed I always utilize it. Our health shouldn't be taken for granted, especially mental health because when we are sick mentally, the whole body is affected.

I also don't joke with my mental health at all. I only involve myself in activities that can benefit me because health is wealth
