Feliz noche mis queridos amigos Espero que hayan tenido un bonito día, hoy les voy a mostrar mi preparación de un rico postre típico de Venezuela qué es el majarete de coco cambiando un poco la temática a Navidad quise agregarle pasas para hacer la combinación de ricos sabores que de seguro les encantará. Así que los invito a ver mi preparación.
Happy evening my dear friends I hope you have had a nice day, today I am going to show you my preparation of a delicious typical Venezuelan dessert which is the coconut majarete changing a little the theme to Christmas I wanted to add raisins to make the combination of rich flavors that I am sure you will love. Ingredientes: papelón, canela en Palo, azúcar, harina de maíz blanco, pasas, coco.

Lo primero que haremos es picar nuestro Coco rallarlo y llevarlo a la licuadora con un vaso de agua licuar para luego colar y la broza volverla a llevar a la licuadora con otro vaso de agua para obtener una leche pura y una más clara. Seguido tomamos la harina de maíz le agregamos en un bowl con un poco de leche Clara mezclando hasta que la harina se disuelva para luego agregar en un caldero y comenzar a agregar el papelón, azúcar, canela y toque de sal mezclando continuamente para que no se formen grumos dejar cocinar A fuego lento mezclando hasta que empiece a espesar agregamos la leche pura de coco seguimos revolviendo hasta que tome una consistencia espesa para agregar las pasas y servir en los moldes dejar reposar y llevar a la nevera.
The first thing we will do is to chop our coconut grate it and take it to the blender with a glass of water, blend it and then strain it and take it back to the blender with another glass of water to obtain a pure milk and a clearer one. Then take the corn flour and add it in a bowl with a little clear milk mixing until the flour dissolves and then add it in a cauldron and begin to add the paprika, sugar, cinnamon and a touch of salt mixing continuously so that no lumps are formed and let it cook over low heat mixing until it begins to thicken add the pure coconut milk continue stirring until it takes a thick consistency to add the raisins and serve in the molds let it rest and take to the refrigerator.
