Cooking guisadong vegetables with leftover pork humba

Hello everyone and hello to all food lovers around the world.

This past few days I was not able to post because I was busy with life and celebrating the fiesta in our area.

And because we were celebrating a fiesta here yesterday and I had leftover pork humba and nobody wanted to eat it. So, I made a way this morning to use it up, that is why I immediately went to the garden to find vegetables to use and cook with the leftover pork humba. And fortunately I was able to pick assorted vegetables. So, I thought of cooking Guisadong Vegetables with leftover pork humba.

So, today this is what I will share with you. And this is what I did. Collect all the ingredients.

Ingredients

Leftover humba
Squash
String beans
Eggplant
Okra
Ampalaya
Tomatoes
Garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Magic sarap
Oysters sauce
Cooking Oil

Preparation

Wash and slice the eggplant, string beans, okra, squash and ampalaya and set aside.

And also slice the pork humba, garlic and tomato and set aside again.

And prepare and open the oysters sauce, magic sarap , black pepper, cooking oil and salt and also set aside.

And after preparing and cutting the ingredients we will immediately cook.

Cooking

As usual in a hot pan put exact amount of cooking oil saute the garlic until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

And add the sliced ​​pork humba and mix well.

And immediately put the squash and season it with salt, magic sarap, oysters sauce and black pepper, mix well and cover. Wait for it to half cook.

And after a while pierce the squash with a fork so we know if it is half cooked.

And immediately put the string beans, mix well and cover until it is half cooked.

And add the tomato and mix. And immediately follow the okra, eggplant and ampalaya and mix well and cover it until it is cooked. And after a minute it is cooked and don't forget to taste it before serving.

And there's no need to add water to our dish because the juices of the vegetables will come out on their own.
