Update on divs distrubtion

If you are not in the discord to get updates here is the latest information.

There are 5 weeks of divs behind with some accounts not getting any divs due to distribution errors when nodes go down. My dev has simplified the code and made it even more efficient

Completely refactored the code
Handled many scenarios
It shouldn't miss any payments going forward as it is automatic now

It looks like the last payout a couple hours ago went out with no errors.

will be catching up on divs keeping up to date.

Also if you have bought any Chronic NFTS you will be getting a refund in hive.
