What pleases God most is what we should pursue everyday. We are the creatures of God created for His pleasure. We are living to please Him. If we do anything outside the will of God, we are living against the purpose of God for our lives. Our purpose is to please God in all things.

Bro Eli Soriano made us understand that it's Jesus Christ, the Son who pleases the Father in all. There is no other person who has ever pleased God like the Son. The Son pleases God in everything which He does. He does not do anything outside the plan of the Father. He could not even utter any word outside what the Father says. As He hears from the Father, that’s what His speaks.

Philippians 2:5-8 (KJV) Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Our Lord Jesus Christ submitted to the Father's will in totality. He did not look for His own pleasure, He obeyed the Father even unto the death on the cross. Only Him could obey the Father that way. When came to the earth, He came to do the will of God. Though He was in the form of God, He did not compete for equality with God. He submitted and humbled Himself to obey the Father and do His will.

For any of us to please God perfectly, we must follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ. We must submit ourselves to seek what pleases God and willingly obey His commandments. There is no way we can please God without doing is will. The will of God for our lives is to obey His commandments.
