Continuing In The Doctrines. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

Matthew 28:20 (KJV) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Good morning, brethren and members of the household of God. Today is Sunday. It is the day we spend the time in the house of God to fellowship with other brethren and perform our act of worship. This day is another day. Let us get to church and worship God in truth.

Hebrews 10:25 (KJV) Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

During the doctrines, Bro Eli Soriano had made us understand that being in the gatherings is important. There have been many misleading teachings that teach that we do not need the church to be saved. This is against the teachings of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ instituted the church for us to have fellowship together. We must join the church.

In the church, we learn the doctrines of our Lord Jesus Christ. We need to understand the commandments of God. And the commandments of God to us is in the doctrines which Jesus Christ taught us in the church. The doctrines which we learn makes us true disciples as we continue in them.

We have been told that not all the gatherings which people gather in the name of church are actually churches. In my country, church has become a lucrative business such that many people have started up their own churches and gather people for selfish interest. We should ensure that we fellowship with brethren in a church which is truly the church of God.
